Lara was by far the best agent I've ever had working with us to find a home. She kept in contact, encouraged us to keep looking until we were sure we were happy and really made sure closing was a breeze. I can't recommend her enough.Update from 2022: Used Lara again, this time as a selling agent. Her company offered several similar services to Redfin's concierge service at the same rate so I went with them. Was not disappointed!

Rozana Keiffer was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, available to show homes at a days notice, and willing to drive different locations and cities as we weren't set on one particular city. We are first time home buyers, and while the process could be stressful and disappointing after looking for homes and putting in bids on multiple homes over a year and a half, Rozana finally helped us find the right house for our family. Admittedly, most of the homes we missed out on was because of this seller's market, and as first time home buyers, our at times unwillingness (due to not understanding the market) to go up in price to what was most realistic in this market. She was patient, super kind, and flexible and we would recommend her to any first time home buyer, especially as she gave us advice when writing offers that made us look more appealing and secure as buyers, and ultimately helped us get our first home.
