I went in for a rotation, I was checked in by Korben, he was polite and informative. It's a busy Friday afternoon so he told me it would be a half hour, in less than 15 minutes Camden came and told me my car would be out front shortly. That may be the quickest and most professional service I have gotten in a long time. I highly recommend this location.

Call discount tire because I had a flat tire. They told me to bring it in so I pump the tire up to bring it in 20 min drive then waited in line to the counter. Then he said he can’t get to it till the end of the day which was five hours I would be waiting in the store, so I said why didn’t you tell me that on the phone instead of telling me to bring it in then I went out to get my tire pumped backed up to make it home and they were being very rude and would not pump up my tire, so I just left with a flat tire to the auto store to get a electric pump I will never go back to this discount tire again

I always come here mad and leave happy. Having flat tires is always stressful for me and it usually comes at the worst times ever. Discount Tire is always reliable and speedy with their service and they never try to sell me on anything I don't need. The team always is in great spirits and it seems like a great work environment. I am blown away by the manager at this store! Had my tires replaced and there was a pretty serious issue with one of the tires a week after I got them. He came to my home and checked it out and put my spare on, followed me to the store where he had his crew ready to rock. He then not only fixed my issue but put on new wheels on my vehicle. I couldn’t help but cry when he offered so much help. He truly cared and I will forever be a discount tire customer! Thank you so much Corey!!!! This place is a life saver! I blew out one of my rv tires the night before we had a big camping trip scheduled and I thought I was gonna have to cancel it. I called another place before calling Discount tire and they said didn’t work on rv tires so then I called discount tires and they said to bring it in and it would be no problem. Mind you this was at 5:52 pm and they close at 6pm (they said as long as I got here before 6 they would get it done that same night) I was nearby when it happened and I showed up at 5:58pm, they got it done and I was driving away with a new tire at 6:08pm. Great service and experience I will going through them from now on.

Hands down best getting tires experience ever. These guys really did a great job for a great price and super fast came in with bad tire and I had a new set on the truck in under an hour didnt even have to unhook the trailer. Great customers service real friendly couldnt be happier i will be back best discount around!
