Not a bad dollar store, except for some of the employees especially the manager, I think she is the manager she is short and maybe in her mid 40's with dark hair, she is judge mental and she profiles, if your young or have tattoos or look anything like that she will call security over the intercom to monitor every aisle and will do that several times. Me and my girlfriend come here every so often and she will call security on us Everytime and just minutes after entering the store, we both buy multiple items each and never gave her a reason to think we steal or anything like that and she will call security on us Everytime we come their to shop, she always has a mean/Rude look in her face anytime you look in her direction.

Cashier today was absolutely rude to every customer in her line. Like it's an inconvenience to do her job. How terribly obnoxious since there was an elderly gentlemen in front of me.

One woman is rude. She never smiles. She never acknowledges a question. She just has a stern face, no nonsense no nothing. I avoid her lines if I can. If I can’t it’s all ways a terrible experience with her. I had cash today so I counted it out. She was mad that she had to pick it up . I’m sorry I didn’t realize I had to hand it to her. I was bagging my items. When it was my turn to get my change, she slapped it down on that counter started ringing up the people behind me. She needs to go to school and take customer service politeness classes.

Whoever was cashier today at 3pm, she had pinkish blonde hair in a bun with sunglasses on her head. Yall need to find a new cashier, everytime I go and she's there she always had an attitude and is extremely rude for no reason. She was throwing the divider sticks and making a fuss about everything and treated the customer in front of me with extreme disrespect.

There was a older gentleman a few people in-front of us and the lady at the register was extremely rude to him when she was the one that rang up the wrong item, and the manager was no help either when I saw him say something to her. The lady at the register continued to be rude to each person in her line until her line was gone, she snapped at the lady in front of us as well and we didn’t say anything because we watched someone try to report her to her manager and she did nothing and laughed it off. I don’t remember the girls name but she has purple/pink in her hair and I work around here and have heard other people talk about how unprofessional and rude she is. If you are that unhappy at your job, get a new one.

If you are that unhappy at your job, get a new one. You don't have to make everyone else as miserable as you are.

I normally don't leave yelp reviews but the cashier with purple hair who has worked at this location for "a year now" according to her, is one of the rudest customer service workers I have ever encountered. I have multiple times witnessed her yelling at customers for simply doing her job, or them asking her to get balloons or cash back or anything inconvenient for her. Today was the last straw when she yelled at an older gentleman who "touched something" on the counter she "asked him not to". She 100% is rude to someone every time I go there or tries to start arguments for no reason everytime, and I work across the street and go here often. I am shocked she hasn't been fired with how she talks to people. She is out of pocket and shouldn't be working with the public, period.

Dollar tree the Dollar tree is horrible you can't drop a card in your vehicle and go out and get it when you realize you don't have it without having security called and then follow you around like a thief this is the most horrible Dollar store I've ever been in customer service is horrible it's dirty it's unorganized it's just it's unsanitary and unprofessional all the way around so if you want to come here you better be prepared to feel like a thief f*** this place the dollar store is a f****** joke

Came in a few days ago. The cashier was being very rude to the older gal in front of us when my husband and I were checking out. The lady was trying to order balloons and the cashier was being incredibly snappy, loud and rude towards her. After about 5 minutes the woman paid for her balloons and left. I felt bad for her, it was uncalled for how the cashier treated her. We were next and the he cashier didn't even greet us in anyway shape or form. Or apologize for the wait. I dont even think she made eye contact. She was incredibly rude and I did not enjoy my visit.

Marysville location closed almost 12mins too early tonight! I really needed something important! Wasn't able to get what I needed, now Iam stuck suffering without! Not very nice of them as they sat there and looked at me through glass doors!

These guys pulled a fast one putting $5 icecream in their store I be all like B&J for a 1.25 bet! And then I saw the bill >< sigh what I had planed on being $5 trip ended up $23 and this is way you always pay attention to what door of the freezer has things marked it at. Anyway I love this place would get everything there if they had it ?
