what happened to pleasant customer service? I just needed four replacement screws for a cover plate. they didn't have to match exactly. The man at the front was a jerk and unwilling to even help me figure out possible alternative options. I left cursing

terrible terrible customer service, not willing to even lift a finger to help find a possible workaround. it's not gerbil surgery for Christ sakes. screw this place, pun intended
