Trust these guys to give you the best service.
I needed an emergency brake job. They got me an appointment immediately, and diagnosed and fixed the problem in two hours. The price was fair, and the service throughout was as if I were a treasured family member.
It's a very masculine place, so for us ladies it's very reassuring. I felt like I had four brothers who were all mechanics, and were determined to take the best care of me and my car.
Heath, Jake, Brian, and Peter (the actual mechanic) were fabulous. You won't do better than these guys.

I have been using Firestone Complete Auto for years (both in Florida and Washington) and consider them 'my people' to care for our cars. Have had all types of work done at the Marysville, WA location both mechanically and tires. I tried shopping around but always returned to them. Friendly, keep to their schedule and quality work. You can trust them to do right by you too!

Brian & Peter rescued me today! I came in with my toddler and a flat tire. They were able to get me right in. Diagnosed the issue quickly, fault with the valve, & didn’t even charge me to repair it & get me right back on the road. Thank you so much for your help today!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I have been going to Firestone’s Marysville location for over 4 years now. For work, I have a long commute to Mount Vernon so I visit them quite often for oil changes and inspections, and I have never ONCE experienced bad customer service, nor have I ever had trouble with my car after a service. It runs like new every time I visit them. I have seen Bryan handle rude customers with respect and care, he’s a good guy, doesn’t try to upsell unnecessary things. Always making sure I get all the discounts and take advantage of any deals. They do good work, and I know they care immensely about customer satisfaction. Thanks y’all for taking care of my car :)

Excellent service at this location, no issues, in and out on my flat repair within an hour. The staff was professional, and courteous. I was notified of some potential items needed to be addressed but was not strong-armed into completing these items. Overall a great experience.

They won't give estimates over the phone for specific services on a specific vehicle. Huge red flag, deceptive business practice. Also, long phone hold time hints at understaffing

We made an appointment for 9am on Saturday when we set the appointment we explained what the issue we had with an alignment we showed up early and the then told us they couldn’t get it done and that they needed to charge us more for labor this place is super unprofessional they will never see my business

I took my 2008 hummer h3 into your Marysville Washington branch ( Address: 17305 27th Ave NE, Marysville, WA 98271 ) for a coolant system check and repair on April 24th, 2024. Due to the parts needed my vehicle was at your shop until May 3rd, 2024. Upon getting my vehicle back, I didn't even make it home before my vehicle started overheating again and a new issue of the engine shutting down began. Upon pulling over, my husband and I pulled over and called the shop, in which the shop towed it back, said we now needed a new radiator, which was what they said was the cause for it still overheating. Therefore, we agreed to have that replaced as well. We got my vehicle back a few days later, May 5th, 2024, in which my vehicle still had an overheating issue. At that point I ended up in a disagreement with one of your employees because I asked what it was going to cost us to get it fixed as we had already put quite a bit of money into my vehicle without it being fixed and the shop telling us more things were wrong. Yet my vehicle’s main issue was not fixed after bringing it back twice with the same overheating issue and a new stalling issue appearing. The guys were just trying to get more money out of us. They then said that the vehicle needed a heavier weight oil to run smoothly with the number of miles and the type of vehicle it was even though it only has 158000 miles on it. After getting the Hummer back in our possession we didn't have issues with the vehicle until recently when the weather started warming up. If the ambient temperature outside the vehicle is above 70 degrees and the vehicle is sitting at idle the engine will start to get warm and shut down. This is an auto shut off feature within the engine to prevent overheating. Upon speaking to other mechanics in regards and checking the parts put into my vehicle based off the invoices received, the wrong rated thermostat was put in. 08 Hummer thermostats have a start to open temperature of 187, where the one installed on my vehicle is a start to open temperature at 192, which seems to be the cause of the current issue. Your shop is telling me they will only do an engine rebuild, which is not the cause of the issue and seems to be going overboard as they have already replaced the entire cooling system and radiator, doing entire engine rebuild seems to be overkill because they utilized the wrong part.

Never ever buy your tires here. I don't recommend this place for your tire's, alignment etc. The service was awful/terrible. They messed up my alignment and it cost me a thousand of dollars to fix my car. I'm not coming back to this place. The new Manager has poor customer service, lacks empathy and is rude.
