Took my car in for an oil change, I did make an appointment in advance. It cost about $100 for full synthetic oil change. The guys working were courteous and friendly. The oil change went well and took about 2 hours from the time I arrived until the time they cashiered me out. There were no issues with the techs work. I will definitely go back for future oil changes.

This is your go to shop if you want your car done right!I have went to another Firestone location and I was not satisfied at all.I strongly suggest to take your car to the Firestone in smokey point 172nd if you want your car fixed right.thank you I will continue to do business with you again.

Terrible work. I had very poor service in my car. I took it for an engine light problem 3 times to this facility, and they had charged me $1,300 and my card ended with a fried engine. I made a complaint to the headquarters, and they dined to give me back the money charged for a non-completed service. 3 people were looking at my car engine and no one could answer questions. First, they said it was a rat problem, after that the engine light keep showing, and the mechanic said take it to the dealer after 3 attempts to repair and by then my car was fried completely. No trained mechanics in this place. There was a woman chained outside the facility, because the service sox. We must, make the problem public so that there is justice for all who go there to get car problems solved not worsen.

The workers were so nice & so patient. It snowed the weekend before our appointment & it was 9 degrees and icy & triple a wouldn't tow our car because of the weather so we had to cancel our Tuesday appointment & they were so incredibly understanding. Then we scheduled for Friday and triple a still wouldn't tow our car Wednesday. Thankfully USAA would tow it so we got the car there on Wednesday and they had put a new starter and a new battery in it by Thursday morning even though the appointment was Friday. They got it done early, plus they were so understanding and kind and helpful with everything and getting a quote for the work and touched base on all the information we needed. Our car crapping out was a bad unfortunate situation but the workers made the situation as good as it could have went under the circumstances. We appreciated their understanding, help and kindness

Marysville Firestone did a bunch of work on my wife’s car, very fast turnaround for complete brake job, oil change, 4 struts and more. She said the car feels brand new now.

My vehicles are Firestone babies! Between this FS location and the Kirkland FS location would be a toss up for, excellent! customer friendly service. They work with you on every level possible. Even when I was a new customer, freaking out of covering the charge they worked with me.

They had me in and out in under a half hour. The front desk was short staffed and the gentleman helping was still pleasant and continued to greet and help everyone as fast as he could.
