Overall, I’ve had good experiences with their customer service — the staff has always been helpful and responsive when available. However, their “out of office” hours can be inconsistent, which has occasionally made it difficult to reach someone in person during regular business hours.
Additionally, the interior of the units appears to be constructed from wood, which may contribute to occasional pest issues. I experienced an ant problem, finding a noticeable number of ants in my motorcycle, clothing, and storage boxes.

Very affordable prices. Business is secure so don't have to worry about break-ins and theft. Staff very easy to work with. My 2nd time using Freeway Storage.

Tries to say that there's a shortage of storage units in Marysville so they have to can raise the monthly rate that is a lie there is a bunch of different storage places with bunch of storage units open in Marysville

I have an upstairs unit. Why do I have a unit? I use it for my overflow of charity baskets and flower arrangements rather than using up a spare bedroom in my house and feeling overwhelmed. Since Kyla has taken over as a manager, the place is clean, safe and well managed. Being next to the freeway the rodents were excessive but Kyla and crew has done a fantastic job. I have not seen signs for over a year. Thank you Kyla and crew!! Stop in and let her know what your storage needs are and she’ll find you the best unit and price.

Rats in the units, door is a wooden door , do not reply to emails. If you want to raise our rent and stay competitive, I need a metal roll up door for security and no rats.

I really like the women Kyla she was very friendly and helpful I think I am going to actually rent another unit my Mom just passed away and I have to go through a lot of paperwork ? so that will make it a lot easier thank you
