What a great experience with Furniture World! After a terrible experience with Mor Furniture we were without any living room furniture. Jeff made it a priority to get us new couches. We got a great deal and they delivered our couches in the middle of the snow storm! He kept us up to date with info and Wayne at the store in Marysville was great too! We will buy our furniture from them going forward. Thank you Jeff, Wayne, and Furniture World!

Do not purchase their warranty option. Trust me. You will want to pull your hair out, just like we are right now. Also, electric recliners will break and probably quickly. Just count on buying a new set every time they break because your warranty is worthless.

Terrible experience. I was told to call once a week every week because my furniture could come in sooner. I did as instructed but Pedro decided to be extremely rude and unprofessional about it. He told me to stop calling they’ll call me even though they told me too. I’m sorry a 30 second phone call per week was so much work for you. All I ever saw him do was sit in a chair in the back all day everyday. Definitely shouldn’t work there if he can’t handle it. I spent thousands, only to find out after I paid I was treated differently. which honestly made me feel like I made a mistake shopping there. so I went to Ashley’s for the rest of my home needs and had a way better experience.

We just purchased a loveseat recliner from here. Pedro helped us and he was great. We came in a few days prior to purchasing (we were exploring all of our options) and he was informative but not pushy. He saw we really liked on of the items and checked to see if they had it in stock, which they didn't, so he went ahead and ordered it anyway just in case we decoto buy. That turned out to be a good move because we came back today and bought it.This is our second purchase from this store and the reason I only gave 4 stars is actually because of our first experience. The in-store experience that time was great also but the delivery took 2 weeks longer than was promised, which wasn't a huge deal. The problem was that the delivery guys dropped my wooden headboard 2 times in the truck and put some scratches and dents in it. Yes, I was mad but my husband pointed out that we had to wait this long to get this delivered, how much longer do you want to wait? If you send it back we are going to be sleeping in mattresses on the floor for at least another month or two. So, I didn't say anything.I've since gotten used to the imperfections but if you are having anything that isn't 'soft' delivered then I would keep a close eye on the delivery people to make sure nothing slips out of their hands.

My wife and I purchased a matching couch and loveseat last year from Furniture World's stock so we could host family visiting our new home. We also special ordered a recliner loveseat in matching fabric. The selection was great and the salesperson took great care and patience to help us be sure that all the pieces would fit our living room from our measurements. Finding a reclining loveseat to match our other pieces really brought the room together. We understood it would take several months to arrive, which was fine with us.Delivery went perfectly. The first pieces arrived on the day we choose for delivery and the guys were very polite and used booties to prevent getting dirt on our floors. There was some assembly which they did quickly and there we had our new living room all set up!We were notified when our custom piece arrived at the warehouse (on time!) and that delivery and setup worked just as nicely as before. The delivery guys assembled the unit, installed and tested the motors. They brought all the tools required with them, I didn't lift a finger!
