Corporate doesn't know what they are doing. Complete trash in how they try to run things. It'll seem like they finally got good people working here, then the next time I try to go in they have all new staff. They had this guy working there for the past year and he made me wanna come back and shop here again. Even his manager seemed like a decent guy. Now I find out he's gone and the new person doesn't seem like he knows anything, just like the people before. Stop firing the good people. Also constantly cycling people means they never get trained or get a chance to become knowledgeable.
This is exactly how you bury your business.

I came into the Marysville gnc looking for pump powder, hoping to find a good deal on maybe some bucked up, or ryze and the guy that greeted me was actually the manager and he gave me great information about the product and handed me a tub of ryze powder and said it was on the house. I hope the manager sees this and gets a raise!

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received! The staff was very helpful but didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t ask about or need. I’ll be using this gnc from now on.

Literally everytime I try and shop here there is a note on the door that reads “we will be back shortly.†This is beyond unprofessional. I once came saw the sign went into Safeway to kill time and saw the gal that works there grocery shopping.. Inexcusable. She is also very stand-offish and rude when you come in to shop. I almost never write bad reviews but I had to sit down and write this because it has continued over and over and it's ridiculous. Why would I come back to shop here if everytime I try (during their normal posted business hours) there is no one here and the door is locked. Over it.
