Very disappointed. There were notes on my receipts such as driver brake light out and air filter needing to be replaced but nobody told me about these things. When I got home I called them and asked if they do those services and they said yes. Now I am home and I'm not anywhere near there. I also asked them why they didn't vacuum my car and wash my windows and they said that I declined basic service, which I most certainly did not. They didn't even ask me. My husband has been to this place two times before and they have left the cap off the oil both times. He no longer goes there. The very last time I went before this time, they gave me somebody else's sticker so I didn't know when my oil was due and had to call this morning. I will most definitely be finding somewhere else to go as when I called to complain about these things in a very nice way, the manager gets on the phone and was rude. No way, I pay way too much money for these oil changes. I would much rather go to someone that's going to treat me professionally and do the job they're paid to do.Services: Wiper blade installation

I've been a customer of this Grease Monkey location for years.Now, all of a sudden they want to charge 20.00 extra dollars for an oil filter. They've never had an extra cost for a filter before, nor is it listed anywhere. When I challenged it, the manager said "well, my costs went up."Save yourself some money and go to Walmart. Same level of service and no extra charge.

Went there once (admittedly 4 years ago) and pulled into the area in front of the doors. A kid came out and I asked if they had any specials. He said no and I asked the price- which was quite high. I chose not to do it and he wouldn’t open the door to let me pass through- made me back out around a curved driveway with curbs on both sides. I’ll never go there again. Hopefully, they have gotten rid of this punk or have new ownership.Service: Oil change

Best place to get your oil changed in Everett. They take care of you like family. Very clean waiting area. While you wait, they provide coffee, bottled water, soda and snacks. I would recommend to anyone.

Can I give NO STARS?? I have been a customer of Greasy Monkey for over 10 years - at the Mill Creek location - never a complaint. First visit to this location after having moved to Stanwood will be my last. A simple full service oil change is all I needed, them I'm told my left rear brake light is out - by all means yes, change it. However the Mgr calls me into the bay as he can't figure out how to remove the brake light assembly - holding a shim in his hand. I said I would take care of the light. Only later did I notice (1) the light was working perfectly and (2) he had used the shim to try and pry the light assembly from the car, breaking off a piece. I will never return - I'll drive to Mill Creek - save your money, car and frustration - stay away.
