Got dip powder done on a Wednesday & my nail already chipped 2 days later on a Friday. Went back to the salon to fix it Tuesday and another nail chipped. Salon tech was blaming me saying I should do acrylic and that dip isn’t strong enough. lol… I have been doing dip for over 6 years consistently every 3-4 weeks & never have this issue. Then today another finger completely chips in half. Unbelievable. Waste of money and I will not go back to this salon. Seems to be low quality products used and/or inexperienced techs.Service: Dip powder

I love my nails I brought in a picture of what I wanted done (it was somewhat complicated ) the nail lady did it great. I did have to point out some spots she needed to clean up better and she was a little short with me; obviously a little frustrated. However my nails were even and shaped wonderfully. I’d take the irritated lady over and over as long as my nails are on point. We’re all human whether we’re paying for a service or not. Giving a little grace for human reactions goes a long way. ??

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience here today. This was my third and last time here. I came in and asked for a manicure with no polish and a pedicure with gel polish for my baby shower tomorrow. At the time I already had gel polish on my toes and before they sat me down I politely asked if they could just soak the gel polish off instead of use the dremel. I wish they would have just told me no because this is was most uncomfortable and awkward mani/pedi I've ever had. They made me feel like the biggest inconvenience all because they had to take a little extra time soaking my polish off. I don’t know why but I can’t tolerate the dremel, it hurts in my opinion… almost burns my toe, I just don’t like it. They were huffy and puffy, they barely spoke to me, they were rough when trimming my cuticles… it was just awkward, not relaxing at all. The girl that did my manicure didn’t even put lotion on my hands at the end. I almost got up mid pedicure and went somewhere else but I didn’t want to make a scene. I figured I’d just leave an honest review. After all that, I left on an okay note and although I didn’t plan on tipping, I still did because the girl ended up doing a good job on my toes and she started to talk to me about my pregnancy… unfortunately I probably won’t be back though.

This salon is amazing! I went here with my friends and the employees were so friendly and really seemed to care for their customers. The environment is also nice and clean.

My friend Tami and I were here every two weeks. The people are so warm and friendly. We were treated so well and loved how well they did our nails. Absolutely recommend this salon. It was sad when I moved away and now my friend has passed away and I have only the best memories of our time here.Services: Manicure

I give this spot 5 stars on its strengths - quick and convenient, accepts walkins last-minute appointments- great for busy mom - fair pricing and T does AMAZING nail repair work. Even future development skills with shape development and longer term nail planning. Growth opportunities: not many options for my kids to receive menu services on price list, however staff has been very flexible with mine . Environment is very cleanly, however still engages in active Covid practices a.k.a. sterile. It's hard to connect or relax with all the plastic around reminding me of a pandemic we just overcame globally.

I went in for a pedicure because my regular place wasn't answering the phone. Their prices are higher than the competitor, with a shellac basic pedicure costing $43. I opted for the traditional polish pedicure which was $30. I hardly got to soak my feet and the technician was done with my pedi in about 15 minutes. It's a great place if you want to get in and out quickly, but the relaxation was lacking. She was very quick and not gentle. Cleanliness seemed good. The lady on the phone was helpful and friendly.

This salon deserves 5 stars. I brought in a picture and the technician duplicated the colors and design perfectly. She was patient and made sure I liked the first nail before completing all 10. The price was very reasonable for the quality! I will be a repeat customer.Service: Acrylic nails

I used to get my nails done here about 4 years ago. They were in a different location at that time. I never get my nails done but I had an opportunity to have some self care time and I was in the area. Their Peds are $30.00 for the basic and that's the one I chose. The tech was rushing me from start to finish. I told them I prefer the pedicure and manicure done separately. (I don't like when they do it while you are getting a pedicure because I had to stretch my arms across and it was uncomfortable). She kept saying everyone likes this and everyone else likes to get in and out quick. I said not me I come to relax. She wouldn't do it the way I was comfortable so I chose not to get the manicure. I have never had such a poor Pedicure on my life. She was rushing through, she didn't trim cuticles, polish was lumpy, and was nearly done when the girl next to me that was already getting hers done when I got there wasn't even finished. They told me she was getting a different one. Fair but you should still get quality in what you are paying for. The tech said they were trying to go home early. Nobody was smiling and the place just had negative vibes. I called to speak with the owner and they refused to tell me when the owner is working. Won't return and I suggest you go elsewhere.Service: Pedicures

They don't even deserve a 1 star. I had gone to this salon based off of their pricing online, all I got was a fill with gel. Their website says $22 for a fill with gel and when I looked at my receipt they had way over charged me and doubled the tip amount I approved. I called and they just kept saying that there prices changed and such and was trying to blame me when they should have their prices on their website updated for their customers. They wouldn't honor their website pricing which is the only reason I came in. And the fact they doubled my tip is beyond wrong. I will not be coming back or recommending them. Nice people but it felt rushed like they were trying to get out of there quick. I got the simple nail paint, but there were thin spots and the paint started cracking off a few days later. It basically looked like I did my own nails for $18
