“This is my preferred lumber yard for anything except exotic hardwoods. The selection is awesome, the staff know their stuff, and they’re on hand to help you find what you need. It’s a little more expensive than the big boxes, but the quality of the products more than makes up for it.”
“Lowe's is right down the road from my house and I've been able to find 90% on the stuff I need there. Still need to make the trek over to Big Orange a few times a year but for the most part, Lowe's is my go-to hardware store.”
“I needed fencing for our field and decided to try TS. Ordered everything online, communication was great, and pickup was a breeze. When I arrived, the girl at the register greeted me and another asked if I needed help. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The two that assisted me in the yard were amazing and loaded everything by forklift and brute strength. Great work ethic you two! Ask for a raise:)

“At a time when customer service is often at an all-time low, today was a pleasant surprise. I was able to locate the item I wanted to purchase rather quickly. Only thing, it just happened to be one in a locked cage. I needed a cart anyway, so upon getting the cart, I was able to have a very helpful and friendly staff member assist me with getting the item into the cart. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I checked out, I realized the price below on the rail wasn't the price that rang up. It rang up for significantly more than I originally wanted to spend. I don't think it was a case of bait and switch, but it would be great if the items on the shelf were properly aligned with the correct prices below them. I bought it anyway since it looked like a better piece of equipment than the intended one. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. I'll just pay more attention to sku numbers next time!”

“Store itself is fine. Went in, bought what I needed, got out. Less than 5 minutes. The 30 minute wait for a curbside pick-up, in 90° weather, before I decided to just go in and get the stuff myself. Not great.
If you aren't looking to boil just don't use curbside. Not worth having to download the app”
