I own a small construction company in Seattle, WA and Arturo "Art" Maldonado helped me with my Bond renewal. For different reasons the co. name had to be changed twice on my paperwork, but every time I called Art, he picked up the phone. I was in the L&I office and really needed something sent over asap and he picked up and sent it within 5 minutes. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Saved me a lot of time. Thanks Art/ Insure One !!!

I cannot get ahold of my agent or anyone to talk to about my policy. I have drivers and vehicles I need to add to my existing policy and each time I call customer service, an automated system tells me they are out of the office. It has been a week of leaving messages without a call back.UPDATE: Finally was able to speak to someone and get my policy updated. Thank you.UPDATE 2: Agent is not updating my policy as requested after multiple attempts.

I'm a small Masonry Contractor in Wa State and every year or few years I am asked to update my Insurance application in order to keep my company properly insured... Insurance companies change their policies from time to time and it can be overwhelming for me to understand what exactly is needed from me. Insure one commercial department has horrible service. Taking months and multiple calls to get documents. They continuously send you to speak with the carrier and then the carrier sends you back because it is Insure Ones responsibility to help. I worked for their sister company so I understand why they might have these practices. However, it does not excuse their poor customer service and complete neglect with policy holders.

Insure One has been the best. We have over 30 vehicles on our policy, and they are priced comparatively and are always quick with responding to our ever-changing needs. We also have our business insurance with them and are quick with certificates. We will continue our relationship for years to come

First off I want to start off by stating this is my own personal experience and being a sales professional myself I admire professionalism when ever I encounter it from a personal perspective case in point I been shopping around for a affordable auto policy that was tailored to my family's specific needs I contacted Vern Fonk then I was transferred to California from California to Marysville Wa where I connected with Amairani Aranda Or Ami for short where she took my level of frustration from a 10 to a 1 just with her pleasant demeanor and since of knowledge in addition to her knowledge of the multiple carriers Wagner represents she was able to take care of our family and I would recommend her personally to anyone who's sick of being overcharged from auto insurers Vern Fonk made a excellent business decision when they purchased Wagner because of employees like her who actually cares and listens to her clients needs and then executes a plan to get the job done I greatly appreciate you Ami sincerely Lee Sanders

I called Vern Fonk for an insurance quote and was transferred to Wagner Insurance and spoke with Leon. He was very helpful and hooked me up quickly and within 30 minutes I had new insurance. It was so much cheaper than expected. I would definitely recommend anyone to use this company.

Stopped by to ask a question today about my policy and the lady we spoke with was very rude and condescending. I know they are just the brokers and not my insurance company's agent, but the lady in the past (at Wagner) I use to speak with was much kinder, patient and would take the time to answer my questions. I will never again recommend Wagner for fear that this woman would help them.

The mere idea of having to deal with an insurance company usually makes my skin crawl, Wagner Insurance is a delightful exception. Not only are they quick to help, they also have some of the best rates around! Every agent there is kind and you feel very well-treated when you leave instead of feeling taken advantage of. I recommend them to all my friends in a heartbeat!
