“I haven't been a fan of Wells Fargo given all the bad news about them in recent years. However, my mortgage was purchased by them so I had no choice. On my two occasions to stop by the Snohomish branch, I had very good customer service from the tellers and the manager. All very friendly and courteous. Only down side was the 10 minute wait in line. I still prefer online banking, but it is nice knowing if I have to go in person that I will have good customer service from my local branch.”
