Had to use the restroom after driving for 3 hours and was told the bathroom was closed after 9. If your open 24 hours and serve gas you should have restrooms for paying customers at least

Went in to grab an energy drink on my way to work and the cashier noticed I had coffee spots on my designer handbag. I told him I hadn't gotten around to cleaning the bag yet and he sprung into action grabbing a towel and cleaning my bag for me! Wow! Talk about customer service. He made my day. They are always top notch at this location!

We just stopped in with hopes of a public restroom and not only did they have one available they had TWO.
But that isnt the reason i gave it a 5 star review.
Jake the cashier was incredibly nice and really friendly to all walks of life who came through the door.

Guy working today Sept 30 was super nice. Washroom was spotless. I was really grateful for that, and they have a baby station!!!

the worker working saturday morning at 3 am was very chill. nice friendly guy. i hope they pay him extra for working night shift and being full of such a nice pleasant hard working attitude.

June 5, 2022 4:45am! Shell company please remember this cashier on duty. . We were about to fuel up $300 for our commercial truck and my wife needed to use the restroom real quick. As a trucker it's very hard for us that we need to use the restroom as soon as we can. We were also getting ready to get coffee and headback on the road. Out of all the gasoline station in America theres only one person that refused us to use the restroom as a paying customer. She had the audacity with a condescending tone saying "IF I LET YOU USE THE RESTROOM THEN I WOULD HAVE TO LET EVERYONE ELSE USE IT. What kind of a business this Shell Gasoline station run that you cant make customers use the restroom. WE HAVE BEEN ALL AROUND MANY STATES IN AMERICA TO FUEL AND THIS ONE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT REFUSED US BECAUSE SHE WOULD HAVE TO LET EVERYBODY USE IT. She said the bathroom is only open 7am to 6pm and I can just go to a casino! This is by far the worst customer service I've encountered. PLEASE REPLACE YOUR EMPLOYEE OTHERWISE CLOSE YUR BUSINESSES FOR YOUR DECEPTIVE HOURS OF USAGE! I wish there was a 0 star or negative star. I will tell everyone I know never to come to Shell!

LARA the employee is the worst employee and she has the worst customer service we have ever seen…she is rude and has worst wost customer servive..She dont really answer her customers…When asked for bag she would say you dont need it and I wont give you…she even said cant you see at the screen how much your total is when aaked for the total…LARA wasnot speaking nicely and was never welcoming to her customers…LARA IS THE WORST EMPLOYEE working in reputable Jackson. Other employee is super friendly and very welcoming but LARA is the worst..if anyway possible LARA should be banned from working in customer service not just in Jackson but from every customer service..She is very rude and unkind…she demoralizes her co workers and manupulates customers.***.I would tell all my friends and families not to go there unless she is fired from that store**

The cashier's are usually friendly, if not always very well informed. I found several items that were outdated. And the cooler was half empty.

The manager at this store was terrible and rude. I have never been treated this poorly by a business in my life tire life. Here is the appalling story: The young woman at the register was super friendly and showed me and my husband some free meat pie samples. She was personable and friendly, great customer service. The manager came over while the girl from the register was showing us their new product. The manager interrupted and told us she needed us to stop talking and leave because her employee needed to get to work. There were no other customers in the store. I was appalled. The poor cashier must have been demoralized. We have never been treated so rude at any store or business before. This happened May 22 at noon. I feel really bad for the cashier. That’s abusive and bullying behavior. Shame on that manager for being cruel to people.

I love these guys, they genuinely show that they care about their customers and themselves which is very important when it comes to working in a store and allows you to be on equal ground when you're buying from them.. thanks you guys again for treating me with such great respect and showing me that I am a person worth your time:)

Good gas station but their prices for energy drinks are through the roof. Most of not all other establishments offer a 2 for 4 deal on monster energy but shell doesn't and they are 3+ a piece which drives me away from Shell because I can go anywhere else and get 2 for the price I'd pay for one here
