They have always been helpful with our orders and very professional, but had to share because this weekend they went above and beyond to ensure my daughter had her jacket for her senior photos. They turned a very unfortunate situation into a customer for life. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Jostens has a corner on the market.They need competition! I ordered graduation announcements and an invitation. I am so disappointed in the quality. The printing is dark and blurry. The cards are poorly designed. Go to any other print company. You’ll be way more satisfied and pay significantly less money.

I wish I'd read the reviews before I went here. I got a letterman's jacket for my daughter last year. The initial experience was fine, but the jacket is now falling apart even though she doesn't wear it much. The colors compared to other jackets purchased elsewhere are muted and dull. The patches have strings hanging off from where they were sewn on. The patches themselves are starting to unravel. When I contact them to see if anything could be done, I was referred to another company. This jacket was very important to my daughter and she worked hard for it. Its sad that due to the quality she will no longer wear it. It's even more frustrating that Josten's won't help to make things right. DO NOT BUY YOUR JACKET HERE. Go to Jackye's Jackets in Everett.

They said we would get all our stuff this week if we ordered now… did not get all out stuff. Also impossible to find the base graduation package, and could not remove the keychain that isn’t required. Very predatory

Seniors probably dont have a choice, it is a requirement to get a cap and gown. I don’t mind how much they are trying to sell their products, but I mind how I tried contacting them for months about my simple order of a custom tassel. To whom it may concern, just buy what you need (a basic cap and gown, and a mascot tassel) then you wouldn’t have problems like those with 1 star reviews

My daughters graduation 2021 was held at a different location then her high school. Did they ask, inquire or contact. Nope! Paid full price for a senior package, MOST was a waste!!!You can get a cap and gown from your kids high school for free. Make your own announcements etc.. This place is not fair, don't care. ??

Received about half of what I ordered. Thank you notes were missing, hoodie is on back order, no mention of when the cap and gown will be received and only got 15 envelopes for 60 announcements. For days I have been attempting to contact someone to give me a concrete answer as to when I will receive my items and still don’t know when they’ll be shipped or if they’ll expedite shipping. I left a post on their Facebook page and they replied asking me to pm information, but more than 24 hours later I still haven’t received a response to the pm they asked me to send! This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! They don’t care about making things right because they already have my money!

Awful quality. Have never been able to wear my class ring due to 1. Defects 2. Wrong stone color 3. Stone fell out the first day after getting the first two problems fixed. Choose any other company if you can.

Hit and mis with customer service. Right now is a big miss. After multiple emails and phone calls, still not getting any response for a missing order. Nothing. Disappointing.
