“My washer broke and it was my first time going to a laundromat. One of the washers never filled with water and I was a bit frustrated bc I had already put my money in and this is a “no staff at location” type of store, so I figured I was just going to have to eat that money. I ended up calling the number on the wall to see if I would get a response and was pleasantly surprised by the fast response and customer service. The owner was very pleasant and sent me a refund while I was still completing my laundry. Machines will have issues, I totally get that, but to have someone very understanding reach out and make it right on the spot without having to jump through a million hoops is something to definitely mention. So thank you!”

Really like that the prices are lower than my local laundromat.
The large washing machines and dryers will reverse, making your clothes dry more evenly.
Usually, the laundromat is pretty clean - but several people that were there left their mess all over and just left. Rude.
When choosing a washing machine, look above it for a sign hanging from the ceiling - it will tell you how much laundry soap to use for each size of washing machine.
You do NOT need 6 cap fulls of laundry soap for a 6x load washing machine!
I saw someone who did this and the washing machine was solid suds.”

“$8 for one load, but it was an hour and simple. Clean facility and I saw people cleaning the machines, inside and out, while I was here. No loud music or television and they seem to expect people to police their own children. I will be coming back.”
“We love this place! Have been going there for about 5 yrs. They ALWAYS do a great job… putting in extra effort for stains we didn’t even know were there! The owner is always very friendly with an easy smile. The prices are comparable, if not better, than other places in the area. We’ve even had drapes cleaned there, and they came out beautiful. “The 100lb washer is a godsend.
Service is fantastic. Machines are regularly cleaned and sanitized, floors mopped, and the bathroom is clean.
Free warm drinks before 12-noon and WiFi access.
The dryers sometimes need an extra cycle but that could just be me putting too much crap in there. Lol”
