This is the worst Les Schwab I’ve ever dealt with. I came here three different times trying to get an alignment, and every time it was a waste of a day. They kept telling me it could be done, but in the end they did nothing. I even asked them to just complete the alignment without replacing the part, and they agreed — but still didn’t do it and never called me back as promised.
The manager and assistant both said they would follow up, yet neither one ever did. Every visit has been the same: excuses, wasted time, and no results. Other Les Schwab locations get things done, but at this one it’s always problems. I will never return and don’t recommend anyone waste their time here.

I had a screw in my back tire and after work I drove to the Marysville Les Schwabs and received quick friendly and courteous service, very happy.

We were stuck on the side of the road on a holiday weekend towing a camper trailer late in the day. All other repair shops were closing for the weekend. Thankfully Les Schwab was open until 6pm so we could get the truck to the store before closing. Along with that, they were open on a Saturday, even though it was a holiday weekend. Because of that we didn't have to figure out a way back to our home 2 hours away and not see the truck until Wednesday at the earliest. They were also able to store our camper for the night in their fenced in area. That made us relieved knowing our trailer was secure. We were able to spend a night in a hotel. Since they knew we were staying here temporarily, they got on it first thing Saturday morning. It was finished before noon. We were very impressed by the professionalism and the caring for our situation and was very grateful for the thoughtful actions of the mechanics.

Les Schwab had always done right by me. Got 4 new tires at a reasonable price, and I was in and out in about 2 hours.

Never have been mistreated so badly for looking greasy while asking questions. Was told to come in on the phone just to be told oh we can't find them. What a waste of time. Thanks chuck

A HUGE bolt found it's home in my front tire, I have 4 grandkids, and my baby niece depends on me and no money to play with. I stopped into Les Schwab, hoping they would get the lock off my hub so I could patch my damaged tire... I left with 4 new tires and only a small down payment! I have to add that it's so amazing because my credit has been beat up by fraudsters!!

Les Schwab Tire Center in Marysville saved my day. I was driving north on I-5 when my trucks internal system politely notified me my left front tire was losing air at an alarming rate. It had enough air to get me to Les Schwab Tire Center in Marysville. The folks there understood my anguish at needing to be someplace soon. Turns out it was the left rear. They even re calibrated my tire code to show the correct tires. Who knows how to do that? The crew went right to work, pulling a gigantic something from my tire. Then they patched it, put it all back together and sent me off down the road. They just did it. They were smooth, friendly and efficient. To the good folks at Les Schwab Tire Center Marysville, thank you so very much appreciated.

My breaks were scraping bad, went in and found out my front tires were also in a bad way with exposed wires, they were able to get me 2 new tires and new front brakes sane day, took about 3 hours, happy with the service and nice waiting area with TV popcorn . I would definitely recommend.
