This place always has everything I need! I get dog food, treats, toys, and various spoiled dog stuff. Krista showed me how to use the app and I just got a free bag of dog food! She was so patient and helpful.

Went in today with my pet pigeon, who wears a diaper and leash for sanitary reasons and stays on my shoulder while we shop, only to be quite rudely intercepted inside the store by en employee who claimed they do not allow pet birds into their location.
There were NO such signs to that effect before we entered, only a sign saying that leashed pets are welcome.
They will no longer be receiving our business for purchases relating to the care of our snake, button quail, cats, dogs, or any of our other pets.

I dealt with a dreadful woman named Archie, who identified herself as the store manager. Judging by her people skills, she would be better suited to stocking in the back, not interacting with the public. She is super rude and condescending. She is unable to accept feedback or concern when expressed for the animals in their care.

Typically has a better fish selection than most other Petcos in the area. Sometimes better than more specialized local fish stores even. Only complaint I have is the lack of clear signage on some of the tanks - what is salt and freshwater specifically. I won't take a star for it because the gal who helped me get fish and shrimp had a great eye at a good attitude.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. We are getting a cat for the first time and had a very limited idea of what was needed/what was safe and healthy. Kage walked us step by step through the safe and unsafe options and helped us find healthy affordable and safe options. Cannot thank them enough for being so patient and answering all of our questions. Will absolutely be back to this location

Just passing through and decided to make a stop at some stores. Walked into this petco and was sad to see numerous fish tanks a complete disaster.

Hard to locate items and limited staff to assist. Definitely prefer PetSmart and only visit Petco when necessary
