I’m really sad to be leaving this review. The first time I brought my puppy here for a groom they were amazing. The second time was not great. Brought him in and specifically mentioned mattes by my puppies ears, they told me they took care of it. They were still there upon pick up. Called and spoke to them today and they were dismissive and told me that bathers can’t cut hair and there was no groomer in yesterdays. I paid for a bath and cut, so I didn’t get what paid for. Won’t be back unfortunately

This is the last straw for this grooming department in Marysville. I made an appointment for my dog. They changed the appointment twice on me and then call me the day of saying I’m sorry we can’t take your dog because of a call off. The manager became very rude with me at 8:30 in the morning on a Sunday. Brandon made no concessions moving somebody else else’s appointment But because of two call offs, there was nothing they can do. I’ve had other issues with them in the past I would not recommend bringing your dog there. If you have a Labradoodle because I have had to have them do rec cuts and I wish I would’ve taken photos. Better customer service would’ve been let me see if there was Another PetSmart in the area that can take your appointment.

I ordered a bag of McLovins Dehydrated Dog Treats from their website. When I received them all that is in the bag is crumbs, not one whole treat. Cost me $15 for nothing.

Lupe very knowledgeable about Canelo and takes good care of him while grooming him. Gives great report card of her time with him! The other employees are also very good and someone greets us every time we go into the store!!!

I think they have a decent selection. The staff will give you confident recommendations that are not always correct. Some of the staff is incredibly friendly others not so much. Hit and miss.

Quick and easy shopping. Store organized by pets. I like to see the birds when I go down the main aisle toward the training area.

I took my puppy for grooming and they didn’t do great job I have explained the guy make sure clean sanitarian and he said yes I will! After 4-5 hrs they called me oh your pet ready to pickup! I went back and checked he didn’t even clean sanitarian area when I show him he said that’s all best I can do on top told me bring you puppy back on two days after because I didn’t clean his ears on top he didn’t even trim my pup paws! What a ridiculous place!! So I went second time and told the girl make sure do proper job this time and seriously same guy messed up and made my pup completely balding! I’m would definitely say please don’t go there and waste your money & time!!

Went to pick up an order and sat in my car for over 20 minutes waiting for it. Finally just walked in and asked for it and was treated as if I wasn’t the person who placed and paid for the order to be picked up. Then realized I forgot some things in my online order so went to grab those and went to check out. Pulled out a gift card and kindly asked if I could use up the gift card first and then pay the rest on my card. Well the cashier said she didn’t know if they could do that so called her manager and when the manager came over she said they could do it but then proceeded to tell me I had to pay a certain amount with my card first and then the balance could be paid with my gift card. I wasn’t exactly sure how much was on my gift card and so they had me pay a certain amount on my card and then put the balance on my gift card which isn’t what I wanted to do and now just have a gift card that has barely over a dollar on it and next time I go I have to go through the same process and most likely never get the full gift card spent. Not to mention the manager didn’t even know what she was doing and after I checked out she had to double check my name on my online order to make sure it was the actual name on the order. Just overall not a pleasant experience and will not be returning to this petsmart. If there is another pet store or petsmart around you I would suggest you go there instead of this location.

They said I can show up at 6:15 due to traffic. I got there at 6:15 then they told me to reschedule.

They took great care of our frenchie. When we took him for the first time, he was a bit apprehensive about the new experience, but the staff were so kind and attentive to him.
I love how they also ensure everyone's safety with dog collar tags of pet owners' names and numbers.
Great experience 👍 highly recommend doggie daycare @ petsmart Overlake-Bellevue WA.
