I went to Rainier Auto Glass, due to the recommendation of Clear-View Glass, in Everett, since they had stopped working on vehicle glass.
Dang, I thought Clear-View had great service, until I went to Rainier! These guys worked on my car's cracked glass and did everything immediately! Molly is such a rockstar and fantastic at responding! John, the original owner still works there too and has been a great resource too!
They make everyone feel welcomed and, at ease, with their services. They explain everything so well, that you get a thorough understanding of what will be done. BIG THANK YOU, to their whole entire team and, I'll bring that loaf of foccia soon! My windshield looks fantastic! Love you guys!

I stopped by to have some rock chips checked out on my recently purchased used truck and they were incredibly friendly and honest. He told me the chips had already been filled and nothing else needed to be done. If I ever need glass work done an any of my vehicles I'll definitely be going there.

I just came back from having John repair a rock chip on my C4 Corvette that still has the factory OEM windshield. I showed up with no appointment an hour before closing and he was able to work on it right away. I can barely see the spot he repaired and the price was 1/3 of what safelight quoted via their website. Thank you John!

Luckily, Rainier Auto Glass managed to order my windshield overnight, set up an appointment the next day, and they performed high quality service. The front desk lady, Molly, brightened my day by easily addressing all my concerns and questions, making for a positive experience during a time of great frustration. She was extremely informative about the insurance process and I learned a lot. With only a couple interactions it was clear to me that Molly is an important asset to the company as she went above and beyond securing my business by making me informed and feel welcome. Give this lady a raise! 10/10

I'm currently waiting to get an appointment tomorrow when they open. John will at this point have replaced glass in every car we've owned since 1994. His quick response on our first window replacement saved me from losing a days pay. I left a message for him on his service at 5:30 am and he called before 6 am setting things up to work out perfectly allowing me to go to work for the day. He was waiting for me at my home when I returned from work. Always does an amazing job and is very professional. As long as he's in business, anytime I need auto glass, Rainier's my go to company.

Yesterday July 23rd while on my way to Seattle a truck with no cover on it pulled in front of Us. Stuff was flying out of the back and something hit our windshield. We had two impact points on our windshield. We called State farm to file a claim. Within minutes of hanging up Rainer Auto Glass called. Peter made us an appointment the next day 9 am . We arrived a few minutes early. Peter greeted us and our car was taken back right away . Less then an hour later Peter gave us back our keys and sent us on our way. Service is fast. Staff very friendly. Price was fantastic. Definitely would recommend to anyone and will return in a heartbeat if ever in need of a new windshield again. Thank you Rainers Auto Glass

Needed a couple half inch stars fixed in my windshield and Rainier was able to fit me in the same day my insurance got back to them about my claim. They also fixed two additional stars that weren't part of the initial estimate for free! Very grateful for their reliability, speed, and cost effectiveness!

They are very professional and after replacing my windshield ,my mechanic re-setup my dash camera nicely for free and he is also kind.
John is very friendly and pleasant to work with. They are also a member of wounded warrior project.
