I have been looking for a salon that is close to home. After some research I landed here. Lynn was super sweet and showed me each step of the process to get my approval before she went on. I felt like she was IN the moment with my nails and not racing to try and get to another customer. I have beautiful nails now and look forward to my fill in a few weeks.

Stopped in by chance, I was in need of a fill and color update but my regular spot was too busy. There was no wait so I was seated with Cindy immediately and she did a great job, she was kind and easy to talk to. She helped me with my color choice, even giving me a couple of options to choose from before making a final decision. There was another sweet lady sat next to her who was also very friendly, I didn't get her name but will definitely visit this salon again.

After going here for more then 10 years- while getting a pedicure - they stop to soak a new persons feet- water bath and all. After waiting 15min- between the three of them, no one could get water into the bath for my feet- why do they always stop work on my feet to set up another person for a soak but twice now I sit and wait. You are not the only nail place in Marysville- I am done with you!

Andy and his crew are awesome. I let him pick the colors and themes and let him go. Im very hard on my nails. If there is ever an issue, it's fixed no questions asked. I've been going here since 2011 and won't change.

I showed a picture to the guy and wanted exactly what was in it.but he did it way shorter then I ask for and the shape is also not what i asked for.they are really thick on one and and didn’t even put the gems in the right spot.would not recommend

Honestlt worst experrience all may nails were shape wrong the color peel on 2nd day the design i wanted dont lool anythong with nails shape wrong and some smaller than others ... i when on a time where it was slow !!

The man straight up told me he didn’t know how to take off my nails which was already alarming because I thought it was a nail salon for a reason..proceeds to not soak them off but to lift them with a nail and then cut me twice and told me to put them into acetone??And yes I am writing this the next morning because my nails are killing me!!?

Service was so good. I live in Renton where they automatically assume a black woman will run off without paying. They treated me like royalty and my nail tech had a deep and meaningful conversation with me. We laughed and joked the whole time it was such a blast!! The vibe here is unmatched!!! Tipped her $20 y'all better tip them good in here

I live in Bellingham but visit Marysville often and I've been to Regal Nails four times now and they do amazing work. Andy and his wife and crew are sweet and really accommodating and reasonably priced. I'm not sure why there isn't all five star reviews here I've never seen anyone unhappy in that place ever.Services: Polish removal

Do NOT let Maya near your toes! They will end up short, misshapen and you will leave in near tears. I will not return for fear of her being my technician. Please stop cutting nails with cuticle cutters!

Worst place I’ve ever been too my nails are already lifting and I got them done a couple days ago there’s bubbles and atleast half of them came out crooked from a far very a far they look decent but by far the worst set of nails I’ve had and when I was explaining what I wanted they refused and said the way they’re doing it looks fine cydney is horribleServices: Acrylic nails

My 19 year old daughter visited Regal nails inside the Tulalip Walmart store March 24th 2023. She specifically asked for long, coffin shaped nails. Right away the nail tech cut them shorter than she wanted and made them square. My daughter told them she had requested coffin and said they were too short, but the nail tech continued the nails. My daughter spoke up again asking to start over because she was already unhappy with them, but the nail tech said no. They continued to do the worst looking nails I've ever seen. She paid and was upset sent me photos, I told her to ask for a refund because the quality was horrible. She went back in and was refused a refund "because they have a sign". So she asked again for them to re do the nails. The man working told her come back tomorrow and we will try to fix them. She said "will I get a new set" and he said NO there will not be a new set, we will file into coffin shape. This would make the already too short nails shorter. She came home and I reached out to the store on her behalf trying to correct this situation and have yet to hear back. As I type this we are at a different nail salon having Regal Nails horrible work removed and a new set done. I will attach photos of the nails Regal sent her home with. Way shorter than requested, square (not coffin) thick, lumpy, rough, jagged, uneven, paint missing on the sides of the nails, stuff stuck to and dried all over her skin. The quality of work is horrible and the customer service greatly lacking.
