In the last 12 months I've purchased 2 vehicles from Kendall Subaru. It was by far the most enjoyable car buying experience I've had. No high pressure sales bs, no "let me go talk to the manager" bs. Highly recommended.

Leased a new Crosstrek with assistance from Jynnette and Colby at this store last weekend. I went there Saturday with intention to meet Colby, looking to trade in my former lease for a new model. When I got there, Colby was with another potential customer, and so introduced me to Jynnette who would be showing me what they had instead. She did so, but I saw something I didn't come there to find, talked myself into the wrong car, then talked myself out of it, and went home. Next day called up Colby and said I was coming back up to look at a few different cars. Got there and he was with another potential customer once again, so he brought me to Lynnette once again. She heard exactly what I was looking for and brought me to just what I was hoping to find. She showed me how the new bells and whistles worked, and was quite knowledgable. It is an upgrade from my last lease in every way I had hoped, and I'm only paying $14 more a month. Absolutely satisfied, and glad all including the good sport manager were able to accommodate with a win/win deal.

Oil everywhere: I took my 2017 Subaru legacy to the dealership since that's where you go when you need things done right the first time. At least that's what I thought when I took my car in to get some services done on Tuesday. One of the services included resealing the oil pan due to a leak that was found. The cars repairs and services were done by Thursday, and I drove back to get my car and get ready to head back to pullman and prepare for my classes and work. I arrived home and parked the car after running some errands for the day. Woke up and got ready to head out Friday back on a five-hour drive through Snoqualmie pass all the way across the state to pullman. I was heading to get gas and passed by to say my goodbyes to some family friends and after I was just about to head out, I was told to check the car since they found a puddle of oil where my car was parked, my father also called me shortly afterwards to check the car. I initially thought to myself that it couldn't be since I had just gotten the car inspected and had the oil leak taken care of by the Kendall Subaru dealership. Got under the car and to my surprise The whole cover/skid plate was covered in oil and was able to see that the oil leaking. I got into the engine bay and the oil level was below three quarters of what it should have been since they had to change the oil after they repaired the lower oil pan less than a day before. Had to call a tow truck to pick up the car and have it dropped off back at the dealership right before I was set to leave. With no definitive answer and not even a notification that the car had arrived and was in their possession I didn't know when I would be able to head back home. I got a call in the morning and explained what I had seen, they told me that they probably wouldn't be able to work on it due to not having the technicians to work on it. I took my car to them expecting to head home and get ready to present myself to work at my research lab first thing in the morning, attend my classes, and present a seminar presentation to a class. All of which now has to be canceled, rescheduled and made up if I'm even allowed to. Not only that but even in the best case scenario of having it ready by Monday afternoon, I'll also still have to take extra time out of my schedule to ensure that another issue like this one doesn't happen again since I don't want to risk being left stranded out in the middle of nowhere on the way to Pullman where there might not be cellular reception to call a tow and help if needed. If I would have left first thing early morning who knows if I would have even made it over the pass or if the car would have broken down on me while I drove back home. Sure, it was ready but now I had to deal with being told that they don't have technicians to work on it, that they cant work on it till Monday, that they outright can't do anything. You would assume if a "professional" job is done on your car that it should be to the best of their abilities. Even in the case that the work is done bad or fails you would also assume that it would be top priority since it was their mess up and you had already paid, in what world isn't that combined with it leaking and having to get towed not a priority. You already determined it was a big enough issue that rendered the car not safe to drive and had me call a tow truck to take it to you. Yeah, they give a one-year warranty, but it only lasted less than a day before I had to get the car towed back to the dealership. I also have a multiple oil stain on my driveway because of the work they did that I'll have to pay to get washed off. I would have been better off not doing the "recommended" repair.

I had a great experience at Kendall Subaru of Marysville. I worked with Andrew and Jynette- they were very professional, knowledgeable and communicative. Jesse, the sales manager, was very helpful. I highly recommend this business.

While we didn't buy a Subaru we did buy a used Audi Q5 and at an amazing price! We worked with Brandon who was great! He was very patient, kind and helpful. We also worked with Brady (his manager) when we negotiated pricing and figuring out our financing who was equally as kind and patient! There's a reason this dealership has such good reviews, the people who work here are great. I've bought almost 10 cars in my lifetime all through dealerships and this was the easiest and smoothest purchase yet. Thank you to the team at Kendall Subaru!

At first when I came here its hard to get someone to help you, I went back a few times because awesome deals to their vehicles especially summer 2023. I have been to other dealership and I have always bought my subie at my local dealer but not anymore. My next car will be here., it was hard to get someone to help because hey are so busy and selling cars like pan cakes. The sales are very professional, from internet sales to a regular sales person Andrew to the managers are very nice. One thing I like the best is they are HONESt, I went to a few dealers as far as Bellingham they will not give the msrp price and national promo apr except here. i was shocked when they offered me the national promo apr and no haggling like other dealers. My sales did not fell thru with some issues my precious loan with my banks and health issues with my family members. So look for that Andrew or someone from their internet sales, they are honest to good people. I had a great experience with them compared to my Kirkland Subaru dealer.

I have to share how impressed I am with my recent experience in the Kendall Subaru service department. I especially need to highlight the remarkable service provided by my maintenance supervisor, Lex. As we discussed the work I needed done with my vehicle, I went through some frustrating backstory on the car as I felt those prior unresolved issues were related to our current car troubles. Lex didn't just hear my frustrations, she listened and empathized. For the first time in a long time, I felt like more than just a transaction. I felt like a valued customer. As I shared my experience (which dated back to when this dealership was under different management and a different name), Lex agreed that my wife and I deserved better. She went out of her way to make it right. Furthermore, her manager trusted her and empowered her to put the customer first. Sadly, the poor service I received in the past has become much more commonplace in the world today. It was so refreshing to feel seen and cared for when dealing with my vehicle. Thank you, Lex. And, thank you Kendall Subaru.

It's companies like this you wish you could put zero stars. This was my first experience ever attempting to finance a vehicle and man was it HORRIBLE. I hope it's not like this on the normal at other dealerships. I don't even know where you start with his dealership. The lady Stephanie that left a review 15 days ago nailed it. Haakon, Pascal, Brady, Julian and Jesse Driscoll should all be canned at that place. Not one of you helped me or did a single thing at all. Absolute garbage customer service from the five of you. And the fact that it took five of you to attempt to handle this is absolutely embarrassing. This place is the definition of a shit show. Nobody knows what they're doing down there at all. And don't worry while they're at it they'll somehow manage to screw up your credit without you even financing a vehicle from them lol. What an absolute joke. Seriously people ask 1 million questions and DO NOT give them any information until you trust them. A bunch of wolves in sheep's clothing. Good luck!

I've been spoiled for years by Sewell Subaru and it's outstanding service model. Fortunately for me after moving here, I've discovered Kendall Subaru and its excellent service. Thanks for making my cross-country move easier, Kendall Subaru and Zakkery. You have already earned a lifelong customer.

If I could use zero stars I would. This is the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. My daughter and I arrived with her two small children in tow on Sunday, we sat at the dealership for six hours and when we went in to sign the paperwork which was supposed to be ready we were told that they had not worked on the financing yet. They stated it was Sunday and could not do anything until Monday. We left with the understanding that they would call on Monday and all would be taken care of. We asked what they did for six hours on Sunday and no one could give us an answer. They did some pretty shady stuff with our information running our credit several times over the next several days when they stated that they already had financing through Subaru. Well, it is Tuesday and now they have stated that they could not get the financing for the car we were told we were financing and they want to sell us a car with over 60,000 miles really shady. I would never shop at this dealership they are unorganized, and lied to us multiple times. Please save yourself the grief and go elsewhere.

I have bought 2 vehicles from Haaken, a 2023 wilderness and a GMC truck. Wonderful experience both times, Zach in service is so knowledgeable, and Haaken makes the buying experience so low stress and time consuming, he cuts all the BS.. I'll only go to Kendall

We've been getting our cars from Kendall Subaru for years, I recently traded in my 2018 Crosstrek for a '23 Forrester Wilderness. David Jennings has always been our preferred salesman and he really made this trade-in easy. I drove an outback wilderness and I was pretty set on getting it but he insisted that I try the Forrester which is what I ended up getting and it's been great. really appreciate, David making this process effortless.
