100% of the time has at least one of my medications out of stock that require phone calls to my doctor's office to request substitutions. My tip to everyone reading this, call ahead so you don't go in on your refill day because you could end up very disappointed.

Go somewhere else. This is my first time ever writing a review, but my experience with this pharmacy has been awful. They don’t answer the phone for hours — I even called the front desk at Safeway, and the customer service clerk admitted they get a lot of complaints about the pharmacy never picking up.
On top of that, prescriptions I’ve received here many times before are suddenly a problem — the pharmacy seems confused about how to fill them. I’ve had to spend hours playing phone tag with my doctors just to get things sorted out. Terrible service.

The pharmacists are always rude, late for vaccine appts etc. And in a huge rush. They can't be bothered with basic common courtesy.

I am absolutely appalled by the disrespect your "lp" just demonstrated in front of your store on 4th in Marysville. You should've seen this black girl cussing out a customer with her sidekick trying to hurt her feelings. They accused her of wearing contacts then since they couldn't find them they said she hid them in the bathroom at the end of it the girl stole nothing at all and they were yelling at her calling her all types of derrogatiry names.ect. SHE DIDNT HAVE ONE THING OF THEIRS IN HER BAG !!! SHE STOLE NITHING!!! That poor girl than because they were yelling she stood up for herself and they told her they would lock her up . Nice holiday spirit. I'll never shop here again.

AVOID AT ALL COST!
NOT A SAFE PLACE TO SHOP!
Safeway, 1258 State Ave, Marysville, WA 98270
In a span of 5 minutes I was approached 3 times by different people. One trying to sell food stamps, another asking for change, last asking for cash walking straight up to my vehicle. I did let the service desk know but she neglected to inform the manager when I called back after the third encounter in the parking lot. The manager even said she has had to ask people to leave the premises that morning. I will not continue to shop there until the get this issue resolved. They need to hire security!

Fresh chicken and jojo's would be greatly appreciated. The bakery needs help as well. I have had problems with both several times. There is also a problem with enough product on the shelves. There is also an issue with finding an empty cart to place said product when i am shopping. These issues need addressed no one wants to purchase uneatable food nor trying to juggle everything you are buying because of a cart shortage. you need to do better. Thank you.

It's simply amazing that the prices vary by double the price month to month. Goodrx says either they are price gouging or cashier's don't know what they are doing. Going elsewhere. Thanks Safeway for gouging me. Stick it to your customers.

There's only one tech that i adore and all others lack customer service skills. Every time i pick up meds it's something new, and someone new. Why would i have to wait for the pharmacist to push a button, when i didn't need to speak to him?? Also while i was waiting in line no second teller came to ask to help me, but as soon as i was up after waiting 10 minutes, the pharmacist comes over to help the person behind me, and i had to wait until he was finished with the person behind me to push a button. I'm giving you all one more chance before i transfer all my meds. Actually my moms meds and she has 15 or so of them. Try harder or get out of customer service work. Thanks
