Never open at 10 it's 10:25 and still closed never ever open on time!!! I called she said maybe 25 more min now she's standing at register I work graveyard I don't want to come back!! I'm tired!

Did see a Nametag to be able to name this lady. But she helped me get a much better brand for bleaching my hair, and was super helpful with answering my questions, and suggesting products that give a better result.

If I could give negative stars I would. The lady that did my wifes nails was so rude and offensive don't ever come here! She just got over cancer and the rude Asian lady made a comment about the wig. Then told my wife she has lovely costume jewelry on referencing her wedding ring along with a couple other jabs at my wife. Apparently they don't like money. 4 rude comments in 30 minutes of misery for my poor wife.

What a great place to find everything you’re looking for in terms of beauty products. This is a store where professional hair stylists go to get their supplies. Great prices on everything and if you’re a hair stylist or in the beauty industry, show your card and get a discount. They use to give you a discount without proving you are a stylist but now verify. The prices are great anyway. I got gray coverup hair coloring. I knew what I wanted but the employee took me to the section and pointed out exactly what I needed. I needed a coloring tube and a bleaching agent. I tried it at home and it didn’t work but I think that’s user error. It was $11 for both items. You can get color coverup at Fred Meyer for $8.99 and that’s what I ended up doing and it turned out darker than I wanted. I’m leaving it alone e for now.

Good things come in small.... stores! Nina is an absolute angel!!! She has the best knowledge of all the products, and how to properly use them depending on your desired outcome. She’s smart and very personable, and the reason I go back there!

I went in for a hair dryer and both ladies went above and beyond to help me find what suited me best I am super happy with my purchase. Will be driving farther just to have good customer service

i don’t leave reviews but every time i come here the worker who i’m assuming is the manager is so rude, unprofessional, and not very knowledgeable in product and gives bad advice. least favorite sallys

Woman started harassing me the moment I walked in and stood over my shoulder telling me why I should NOT buy every item I looked at. Then she told me I should leave because they couldn't help me with blonde hair extensions?!!! As I was leaving I listened to her bombard an elderly woman that was just entering the store about how they "weren't going to have anything SHE was looking for", what does that that mean? I usually love sallys but never will return to this location again. I'll spend my money somewhere they will want it, thank you.

This is my FAVORITE SALLYS in Washington State. Their employees make you feel like FAMILY!!!!! The manager Megan is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! I'm wearing ALL Sallys products.

I was just at here and there were two employees in the store with maybe 3 other people as I opened the door with my 4 year old, they both yelled at me that they were at capacity. I did not see a sign on the door that said there was a capacity number, let alone there is an employee standing right inside the door doing nothing. I understand with Covid that they want to take precautions, but there was no customer service offered. I already knew what I wanted to purchase and would be in and out in 2 minutes. Now I will not be back to spend my money at this location or possibly any location. I have never experienced great customer service, but to make a mother and child stand in the rain when there is an employee standing around doing nothing but yelling at customers is beyond me.

My kids and I stopped in this morning. When we got to the door the woman behind the counter was already glaring at us. When we opened the door, she scoffed and said "Just so you know, 9:30 - 10:00 is for high risk customers only." I said okay, and we proceed into the *empty* store. She continued to glare at us for the 30 seconds it took me to get what I needed. While checking out she said again, "just remember that 9:30 - 10:00 is for HIGH RISK. For future reference." My two youngest children and I have heart defects that place us in the "vulnerable" category. We wear masks in public, and avoid crowded stores when possible - I truly felt that she was passing judgement and making assumptions. What exactly does a "vulnerable" or "high risk" person LOOK like? And since when do you need to explain yourself when you are following guidelines?! Happy to wear a mask, and appreciate the efforts of the store in general. However, this woman was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I will be purchasing online from now on.
