Drove out of my way only to find it closed. Used my card at the gas pump and it is dirty and scratched up like someone threw a hatchet at it a few times

Friendly service, the store and surrounding area are clean and well kept. The new carwash is touchless and works wonderfully. I would definitely recommend this store and car wash.

Permanent "no public restrooms" policy for everyone, even after I just bought a full tank of gas here.

Says open 24/7, but they have the store closed off on the inside with shopping carts in the morning.
You're making Shell look pretty bad. Just hire another employee you, or would that cut into your paycheck Ms. Manager? ;)

Very rude owner, awfully impolite to a traveling customer. The bathroom was out of service (still, 8 days after my last visit)and they refused point blank to let me fill my water bottle. I was told rudely that they have water for sale... not free.Water is a basic human right. Also a great way to treat travelers from Canada.Very poor service it does not take much to be friendly.

Clean enough, but if you’re traveling don’t come here. They purposely keep the bathroom closed. Even for paying customers.
