They forgot parts forgot parts forgot parts of the order and took 20 minutes to remake it. Taco shells were stale. No one was friendly knowledgeable or helpful.

Went here for a late night dinner. Their customer service was great! They were very polite. Ordered our food and I got this dragon fruit drink that I was amazed that I love it! Beef burrito was delicious! I was glad to know they open until 1am- what the guy there told us when we ask.

The food was good. We ordered Tacos, burritoes and quesadilla. Service was fast. Many tables and stools for sitting. Parking was free and a drive thru was available too. I recomend Grilled Cheesy Burritoe beside other you may order ?. There was washroom for customer. Location need to drive off the I-5 for about 5 minutes but very convenient.

Over the past year this place fell hard quality of service is out the window food and customer service both dropped food is no longer to the same standards employees are allowed to carry a not my problem attitude when they can't do customized orders unless you make sure to ask questions about it at the window

Please stop interrupting me and asking me every single piece of food if I want to add extra this and when I say no ask if I was want extra that. You are in a customer service industry and even if it’s coming from corporate, you are making food painful which means we as customers will go elsewhere.Lastly, if you are going to ask if I want any sauces, how about you actually put it in the bag. It’s been theee times now that it’s not there even though you asked. I’d prefer to ask for them at the window where I can actually have someone give them to me.TL;DR: You are annoying and harassing your customers over extra cream, extra beef, etc to the point that the 10.00 a day you actually make from someone saying yes isn’t worth disenfranchising the majority of your customers. One of the weirder and worst business decisions I have ever seen made by a company. I would loved to have sat in on the board meeting where someone suggesting harassing and driving your customers crazy so that they’d love you more. Defies logic.
