Absolutely horrible experience with this gas station. First I’m standing there to pay the clerk and they don’t even acknowledge that I’m standing there wow they are counting there till then proceeds to tell me that they don’t except more than a dollar in change for payment. This place needs to get a clue on customer service. Do yourself a favor and skip this gas station

I came here because I was very low on fuel and in a hurry. When I pulled up, half the pumps were closed and covered in yellow tape. That was the first red flag. I pulled up to a pump, got out, and none of the touch screen buttons would respond. I was about to leave, then I thought "perhaps it will work if I slide my card"The screen asked me "is this a debit card: yes or no" I pushed yes and it wouldn't respond. I pushed yes on the keypad and also got no response. In frustration I took my card and left the station. A few min later I was notified that my card was charged $75.20. This left me with $3 in my account. I was unable to buy dinner last night. This morning the money is still a pending charge in my account. I had to borrow cash to buy lunch today.I called the fuel station and talked to an employee. He told me to come back in and they can refund my money. I don't go this far north every day. Now I have to wait for the money to get refunded or for me to drive an hour out of my way so that I can deal with this issue in person.Pump gas at your own risk. This is the worst fuel station i have ever been to. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Gas prices were pretty decent. Pumps were in good condition and the lighting was great. (a must for after-dark re-fueling) There were no staff st the time but e had no issues.

Price per gallons ok but their tanks are rigged so you pay for your gas but the pumps aren't set right

This is a place I go to gas up my vehicle. When I went there this last time there was a younger kid, (20's) that hade a brown car parked close to front of the kiosk. It looked like he might have given the regular employee a break. I asked a simple question, asking if he could break a hundred dollar bill if I filled my tank that was almost empty and an will need almost a full tank, an easy $40 -$50, figuring that the answer would be no but I was just hoping to save me a trip to another store. He was extremely rude and rather than "I'm sorry, I'm just not able to break that" he snapped as if I asked for a free tank of gas. I just don't understand why there are so many people who work at a customer service position when it's obvious they don't like people. Too many upper managers allow this poor customer service to move on with no repercussions to the regular staff and supervisors, leaving us customers to make the decision to fight the traffic and go elsewhere. I've been in the customer service industry for many years in a management capacity knowing I'd be finding someone who actually wants to work. Too many think it's too hard to bring someone else in and train them as opposed to just trying to get employees to work at a faster pace and save the dollars. That backfires as expected when customers start to fuel up elsewhere. Customer service is a key element when running a successful business. Without it, you have no chance in the long run.

3 people were standing in line, and the cashier just walked out to go help someone not telling us he would be back or just a minute or anyting. Communication very poor customer service very poor
