I had a great experience today calling the annex for a missing package. They answered quickly and the lady I spoke with was very kind and helpful. Keep in mind their hours are limited

I can't believe some of the reviews seem here. This is not a post office people this is an annex. They process mail here, get a clue they don't answer phones and there is no device to the general public at this location!

Great customer service. But the man who helped me was not wearing his mask over his nose and did not like it.
