“I came into the Marysville gnc looking for pump powder, hoping to find a good deal on maybe some bucked up, or ryze and the guy that greeted me was actually the manager and he gave me great information about the product and handed me a tub of ryze powder and said it was on the house. I hope the manager sees this and gets a raise!”
“Costumer service is slipping. I've heard multiple staff, swearing and frustrated at very seemingly small things when I've overheard the grumbling. The attitude used to be so light and it's starting to feel a little heavy in there sometimes. I accidentally bought a Men's multivitamin (as I didn't have my glasses on), I also didn't use my membership number which I expressed when I brought it back to see if I could swap, was unopened... and the "shift lead" was really very rude and short with me. I just lost someone very close to me, regardless of that... I come here everyday... I would assume the "local" feeling would be staying. But I suppose not.”
