The deals compared to retail sales or gray dealers are much better and even though its an outlet they stock tons of new models too. Top notch low pressure sales staff who are watch enthusiasts and own a ton of Citizens plus other brands and are happy to chat about watches and show you stuff, even if you are not planning on buying immediately. Toni-Lyn, the GM there sized my watches perfectly. Last watch I got was a BN0165, and eyeing a Fujitsubo but don't need a 10th watch!!!”
