Honestly, go to a different bank. Wells Fargo has had lawsuits against them for their shady business. I've never had so many problems with any bank before. They would hold my money for a week at a time, and you get absolutely no help or any helpful info as to why. You go in to talk to a banker about it and I was basically told that I'm SOL, I can't believe that's what I was told. Go with, Bank of America, key bank, any bank is 100% better then Wells Fargo. Get it together Wells Fargo. Quit messing with people lives. DONT NOT TRY TO CONTACT ME WELLS FARGO! I'm done with you guys. Fair warning. Do not call or email about anything said here. I do not care what you have to say. Goodbye

This banking institution is the worst one you could possibly bank at. Using any other bank for your money will make you a happier person. Absolutely attrocious customer service and unbelievable fees. My biggest regret being i couldn't give them a lower score.

As someone who has managed and hired thousands of people at some of the largest Big Box retailers in the country, I literally almost lost it today. The worst experience I have ever had with a bank, and a reason I will be closing our business account, was the lack of respect and terrible customer service provided by Ashley Ensley. Not only was she rude, she basically implied that I was lying to her, showing a cocky, arrogant attitude the entire time. The immaturity, the arrogance, the self serving, lack of respect was unbelievable. I wouldn't hire her for any position that had anything to do with customers and customer service. Her manager, who did not have a visible badge, nor identify herself, did not have the courtesy to make eye contact, nor make any apology for her employees behavior. I will definitely be taking this up the chain of command as well as letting the public know about my experience on social media. Way to lose a customer.

Always have taken the time to make things right when they were not. Managers have gone out of their way to sit down and correct errors or give information. I have found service to be very good at this branch. Always a short line as it always moves quickly. I must take exception with the other reviewer here as I have just had received my service from the teller, Ashley Ensley today. She was kind and courteous and very informative about the products the bank had to offer. And I say this in spite of the fact she is a very attractive woman. I would hate to think my review was swayed simply because the teller is hot. She was quite competent and didn't give off any vibe that the other reviewer got.

Ashley ensley is fairly unpleasant for a teller. I drop money for work occasionally but I don't know any of the info intentionally. I don't want to remember it. She was just snarky when I didn't know the process of how to deposit with the bank. Great personality too when asked if there was a bathroom. No "sorry no :(". But more a command of "no". Not my fav Wells Fargo.
