Other places like “The Shop” in Arlington, quoted us $3,700 to fix the issue plus other issues they said were there. Vince showed us that those other areas were not a problem. “I've been a loyal customer of Big O Tires for years and just realized I haven't left a review yet. Over the years, they've taken care of all our vehicles in various ways. Recently , we faced an issue where our tires were really low on air, and we discovered that the metal tire valve stems were seized on, preventing us from inflating them. Thankfully, they managed to get us in same day and had us back on the road in no time. The pricing was excellent, especially considering how much it relieved the stress of heading into the winter/holiday season with low tire pressure.
