One of the cutest book stores I’ve been to around here! Books in every variety, kids, mystery, non-fiction, magical! They got crystals and fun little trinkets, super cheap DVDs out front. It’s a treat every time I go here.

First time visiting and I will be back for sure. From the moment I walked in I knew I was in the right place. Met Jeff Fosdick; The Fearless Poet and was intrigued in a long conversation with him.

Wits End Bookstore is a Woman owned small business. Sierra is a hands-on owner/operator and can often be found aiding customers in store. Her focus is on 2nd hand books but you can find some new offerings along with a New Age supply section, some jewelry and other miscellaneous gifts. Her book credit program is far superior to Half-Priced Books purchase program and her variety in offerings is on par with any major book brand. She will even special order and put in the time to find the missing pieces of your specialty book collections. As an extra bonus, her staff includes a psychic medium who is available for personalized readings.

Very fun & eclectic bookstore! They had a pretty decent selection & good quality used books that aren’t super beat up- my husband was able to find a few Star Wars books/memorabilia in great condition- large comic selection too!The only thing is that parts of the bookstore weren’t accessible while we were there? Idk if they just do this on saturdays or what but there seemed to be several tarot card readings, psychics on the phone, etc taking up some of the smaller rooms & blocking genres I would’ve been interested in exploring?? Tried to wait & check back a few times but there were people in there the entire 30 min we were in the store so not ideal… also made for a pretty noisy store but maybe we just caught them at a busy time. Either way there should probably be a better system for this.

Love the vibe and they're much more than just books. Small locally owned establishment that needs more love!

I walked in and got a friendly greeting from the woman behind the counter. This store is not just a book store. It also has children's books and toys. It also has a lot of items in there that made me uncomfortable. There were crystals, gems, horoscope items, salt lamps, and essential oils. Those were questionable, but the store almost had a witchy feel to it. One case had what appeared to be mummified bats and the over all feel to the store was dark. I don't think I will be returning.

Books, puzzles, games, vintage toys, polished rocks.... This place has a little bit of everything. You don't find shops like these that much anymore, I definitely recommend checking it out, especially if you're looking for a gift for someone.

This place is bigger than it looks, and they have another location in Stanwood. There's always new titles coming and going, of all genres, and if you can't find something you want, the owner will either order it for you or track it down. I do a fair amount of my Christmas and birthday shopping here. The staff is always good for advice on what to read next or get for someone based on their interests.(There's also a wonderful little café across the street (the Creamery) so you can get your books then sit down and enjoy them.)

This place is awesome! Way bigger than it looks from the outside. Big selection of books, organized by genre and author. Decent selection of games and puzzles, comics, toys, figurines, and handmade jewelry. Some crystals and witchy stuff too. The vibe is eclectic and reminds me of Country Village in Bothell before they closed. Lots of different rooms, nooks and crannies, etc. They need some aloof cats to complete the vibe! Every room has different wallpaper, a different feel and smell. The lighting is inconsistent, in a good way, giving off those mysterious old bookstore vibes with some dim corners. Lots of little knick knacks around including keys, marbles, and other random items. I do wish they had wind chimes, I feel like this is the perfect place for them. Overall, fantastic place with great bookstore vibes. Hard to find gems like this anymore.
