Zach and his team here in the Pacific Northwest, have been more than helpful. They go the extra mile in making sure that my coverage is appropriate for my situation. The follow through has been extraordinary as a recent house fire will attest to. My parents were with Allstate while I was growing up and now I know why. Having folks look after you during such times is certainly peace-of-mind.Also important to consider is that incredible performance over time, year-after-year, is rare where services are involved especially as the economic environment becomes more hostile to the consumer. Zack's and his team have found a way to provide exceptional care and dependable coverage during this time of change and have never let me down when they are needed.

I was recently involved in an accident causing my car to be totaled. Allstate made the entire process easy from reporting, step by step instructions and surprisingly quick compensation for my totaled vehicle. After 45 years as a customer, the treatment I received from Zach Hubell's entire team made me appreciate the kindness, professionalism and care given to me at a time that was full of trauma, physical injury and all that comes with a vehicular accident. Like everything else in life, you get what you pay for and my Allstate insurance lived up to everything they say ... I was in good hands every step of the way.

I had been growing more and more frustrated with Allstate from dealing with insurance headaches since July (with the people on the east coast), but getting into contact with Laura at this office has been the best thing that could have happened and I wish we had been in contact sooner. She’s helpful, communicative, and gets right down to the bottom of the matter. Not once did I have to call/email her to follow up. Unlike the claims team, never being able to get ahold of them, being told one thing one day and then a different thing the next day on top of speaking to multiple different people and not knowing who is supposed to be contacted for what. Laura always sent follow-up emails as well as a phone call so that she may reach me one way or another and also ensures I receive the messages I am supposed to be, which I am greatly appreciative of. That is how on top of it she is. Plus, she understands that the customer doesn’t know all of the lingo that the agents who work the job do, so she was clear and straightforward when it came to explaining these things to me and understanding to my frustration with the claims team on the east coast. She answered any questions I had and was patient during times I asked the same question twice for fear of not understanding correctly. This is the smoothest time I’ve had throughout the entire process thanks to Laura and thankfully, things are now beginning to wrap up. (Thank goodness!!!). Take good care of this girl! She’s a killer asset to your team and a rockstar in customer service and problem solving! After I’m finished with school and get a car again, it is because of Laura’s expertise, timeliness, organization, communication, and dedication that I would consider going through Allstate again for insurance. Under the one condition that I get to go through her. Thanks Laura! You’re awesome!

I don't usually leave reviews but I must say that Zach and his agency are the best! I no longer support corporate insurance companies but rather family owned, local businesses! Keep up the good work, highly recommend!

Lina was amazing. I have been with Allstate forever. I needed to take care of my dads Allstate account, who had passed recently, and i was a walk-in to Lina's location, and she was so warm, welcoming, and definitely above and beyond in the customer service.

Five years ago I went through a divorce and as trying as it is I had Lena by my side helping me along. I was handling everything including taking care of the insurance. I must of called her every three days over a two week time period. I had her direct phone number and she always answered. She would listen to me as I cried trying to figure it all out. I would have never imagined a company let alone the insurance company providing such support. Thank you again Hubble team!!
