“We have been coming to NSA (Linda) for several years now! She is great, knowledgeable and quick! We have our appointment and usually leave within 20-30 mins! We have littles and they are always welcoming and have lots of toys, balloons and coloring activities to keep them busy. Prices are very reasonable and probably less than what you would pay HR Block, Liberty or Turbo tax. She also will run all the possible scenarios to ensure you get back the best return. During the non tax season the office is very responsive to emails when I need a copy of my taxes for other purposes. I would recommend them to everyone. “Came in last second before tax day and Elena Vorobev was swamped with tons of other customers doing the same thing as me. A previous customer had been extremely rude to her and she held her composure to the highest professional level I have experienced and still got their taxes filed. They even left with a smile on their face and thanking her for her work as she juggled multiple customers. She showed care and passion for her job even staying later to help me get my taxes filed and that truly doesn’t go unnoticed by me. It’s my first time doing taxes by myself and I let her know that beforehand. She took the time to explain what I needed and why I needed it and what was important. 2 hours ago I had no idea why taxes were necessary and now it’s clicked thanks to her.
