Not happy bought a used car that I brought from them for 30.000 with free oil changes and rotate the tires. Had my grandson bring it in and also to have a belt looked at and they charged me 230.00 for labor to look at a belt and wasn't approved to do.

I was treated like a vip. Service was fast and the video most helpful. A man at the counter even went out to my car and showed me why the trunk light on dash said it was open. It was my not closing all the way. This is my second vehicle purchased from this dealership and I am very satisfied with every aspect.

I had the best experience with Jake Stappart as my sales associate. Most would say they dread looking for a vehicle, but that wasn’t the case this time!!!!!! He was hilarious, energetic, personable and authentic. Absolutely recommend him if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I would not recommend buying your car here. We bought a truck and have had nothing but problems since we have bought it. We have a warranty on the vehicle and have spent thousands on repairs, with the truck in the dealership shop for MONTHS, and have not owned the vehicle a year. If I could give zero stars I would. Unless you want a lemon, I would suggest going elsewhere. This truck has brought our family a lot of heart ache.

Overall I would not recommend this dealership due to lack of communication from management and making excuses for selling me a faulty vehicle. August 14th I bought a used 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. We had a wonderful experience with JR our salesman who I would recommend 10/10. As soon as we got home I asked my husband what the alert on the dash was. I looked it up and it had to do with the stop/start system needing to be serviced. August 15 I texted our salesman and let him know about the alert. He talked to the used car manager and he said it happens do to extreme heat or cold. I had no other information to go off of so we waited it out. Also, the windshield wiper fluid tank was cracked and wouldn't hold fluid. Something I assumed would be checked before it was listed for sale. August 31st we were driving with our baby in the car and the van died at a busy intersection. All electronics were on but the vehicle would not start. After 10 minutes of panic we got it on and quickly made our way home. I called the dealership right away and told them what happened. They said since it is a Chrysler we had to take it to a Chrysler dealership to get it fixed. Due to everything being backed up they said it would be mid October before they could even get it in for diagnostic. I called back to the Chevy dealership and told them what happened which was resulted in them telling me they would try to get an appointment but everything is busy. They found an appointment for end of September in Olympia. This is my primary vehicle which I will not drive to Olympia when it doesn't work with a baby in the back. The van had died 3 more times since reporting. The service manager also said my warranty would not kick in for 30 days or 1,000 miles. My husband called a different location for Chrysler and was told there is an open recall for this vehicle due to an electrical issue. This was NOT disclosed to us during purchasing. September 26th I emailed the sales manager, Marc M. explaining the whole situation and that I was still without a vehicle or answer over a month after purchasing the vehicle. I called him and he had not heard about it so I filled him in on the timeline. He said he would take a look and get back to me. I called the following day and he said there were there options. Get it fixed, get a loaner until it is fixed, or trade out that vehicle for something else in their inventory. I had to carry over from my previous loan and I put down a bit of money to purchase this van which he assured me would be carried to the new vehicle. My husband and I researched and found two options that were in the same price range as the van. I emailed those to Marc but did not receive a call back. I checked in with our sales person the following days and kept getting that he was working on it. I emailed Marc September 28 and got no response. October 3rd I checked with our salesman again for an update and he asked me to send the new vehicle information to him again so they can look at numbers. Our salesperson called me, not Marc, to tell me that they would try to get me into a loaner (1 1/2 months after not having a vehicle) until it is fixed. I asked about the trade in. They said I would need MORE money to put down because of the fluctuation of prices and such since we purchased. I asked the manager to call me and he will not. Obviously I can't go to a different dealership because the van does not work and can't be traded in. I am beyond frustrated that I still do not have a working vehicle, was given an option for a new vehicle which was later taken away, and I will not continue doing business when they will not help me with solution. I will continue to work with Chrysler for a solution but will not be including this dealership with further business.

Bought our second Toyota from Gavin here recently, was wonderful to work with, genuinely had some good conversation with him. Really tried to get the deal to work for me, and did. Mike in finance was also wonderful, did a lot to get the payments where I needed them with the options that I wanted.

If you are looking to find a new vehicle I highly recommend NW Chevrolet in Roy! Rick B helped me and my fiancé find the truck of our dreams. One thing that really stands out is their customer service! We felt no pressure to buy anything! The whole team from parts, service, sales and financing was a team effort in making our buying process easy and smooth. I can’t thank this team enough for our experience 100/10 recommend.

Bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee here and it needed some work, they sent it to the shop and told me I'd get a loaner because I needed a car to get to my babies Dr appointments ect. I was later informed after the Jeep was sent to the Jeep dealership in Olympia I believe, that I wouldnt receive a loaner. The issues with the Jeep were never fully resolved. 3 stars because they did try to fix it and it was complementary but I wasn't satisfied with the experience and I will not be going to them for my next vehicle. Issues should be fixed 100% before the vehicle is put up for sale.

Made an appointment late July for 1st week of Sept. I specified all it needed was the programming of my NEW sensors installed on my vehicle. Explained what exactly I needed serviced and was given an appointment time and date for programming. Dropped off at 8:30am, heard nothing all day for a simple programming. Called after 3pm to figure out what time I can pick it up and was told it hasn't even been looked at. Their reason for it is because they are still working on cars from yesterday but then why set an appointment time and date months in advance if you don't plan on getting to it until the end of the day or whenever is more convenient for you as a dealership rather than your customers? Do better Chevy. Based off reviews. It appears this is how they run their service department nowadays. So disappointing.

Had a engine search light issue, asked that my car be seen. Was given an appointment that was almost two months later, made the appointment, 2 month later, to be told that the appointment was only for engine light and they could not do any other work on my car. If I wanted an oil change I had to make another appointment, did that, called service to verify my appointment, service manager was nowhere to be found. Waited three months to get service and still have not received it, Northwest Chevrolet needs to close their doors down. Their service for vehicles is not available, don't waste my time, I guess I need to find another Chevy Dealer that takes care of my vehicles service needs and not hear excuses.

After my most recent maintenance repair at Northwest Chevrolet in McKenna, the service technician not only left tools in the engine bay of my vehicle, but even left the old part that was replaced! I have over 15 years of experience in aviation maintenance, so I expected just a tad bit of quality control, but was told that since technicians buy their own tools they shouldn't leave them in vehicles I paid hundreds of dollars to have a $30 part replaced out of sheer convenience, warranty, and assurance of quality of work; none of these happened, even after bringing the issue to the service manager. For a business who claims to have mechanics that are meticulous in every task, and such great customer service, it is the least to say that they have missed the mark. The only resolution offered was ONE FREE OIL CHANGE because the part fixed the issue. *I requested a full refund for the work completed, minus parts, because I'm keeping the new (and old part that was left behind). This type of subpar work is dangerous and completely unprofessional. I would expect more from the areas only New/Used Auto Dealership, but gladly will make the drive myself, and recommend to everyone, a more reputable service department and dealer from now on.

James was awesome to work with. They didn't have the truck I was looking for, so he went out and found the exact truck! Marc the sales manager was very friendly and made the buying experience pleasant. Finally, the Daniel and Chris in the service department made sure the truck was in tiptop shape. They all went above and beyond with their service. I will recommend NW Chevrolet to all my friends and family.Thanks to all!!!

We had the pleasure of working with Liz and she was so personable and patient during the whole process with us. I would definitely recommend going to her if you're looking to buy a new car. This would be a 5 star rating if we had the chance to work with Justin on finances instead of Jeff. Jeff treated us very poorly and unprofessionally about a week after buying the car after something came up with the loan. Everybody else that we worked with was amazing though.
