Very satisfied with Dan's work. Now I need a new Bumper put on my FJ Cruiser and I am not allowed to work on Vehicles where we live, when he has time.”
“Completed repair of a 2021 Tesla Model Y performance on 10/15/24. The front office staff I interacted with were Zana and Andy. Both were really wonderful and kept me abreast of what was going on every step of the way. Given there is almost no choices as to where to have a Tesla repaired in Spokane or CDA ID, one could be very worried about a shop not performing up to the Tesla repair standards. Not to worry, they repaired my Tesla with all Tesla OEM parts. I must say I am very happy with the results. I would not worry if you have a Tesla or any other car/truck. This shop has treated me with much warmth and care from the first moments on the phone to the last moments picking up the car. Zana and Andy many times have invited me to check in with them if I had any concerns or questions during the whole process. They also have multiple electric car chargers and have left my Tesla 90% charged so I could drive it home 3 hours away. Not only did they fix my front end collision they then also did a lite whole car detail before returning it to me. All in all, I am quite happy with the repair job they have done and I believe you will be too! :)”

“Just searched for an autobody repair shop near me and found this gem. A previous auto body repair shop wanted to replace my whole door on a Ford Escape with hinge separation issues. Before I even finished explaining my issue to Mike, he had correctly guessed my car make and model because he had seen the same issue in the past. He repaired my door for much less than the cost of a new one. Then, a month later I got a recall letter from Ford for the hinge issue. When I took it into Corwin Ford to get reimbursed for the fix through Ford, they had to approve the work done. They knew J & A when I told them who repaired it and said they are familiar with their work. When I got signed off with the perfectly acceptable door, the service agent remarked, "Yep, that looks like J & A." Notably associating their work with quality, good work. Glad that I randomly came across this autobody repair shop run by a couple of great guys.”

Every time I've had engine issues Tony and Clay were friendly and have treated me square. On one occasion a repair was simpler then originally estimated. Dave charged us a fair rate and was able to straighten everything out and fit a new hood, fender, bumper, lights, etc on so well that it looked as good as when it came out of the factory. He did it all in a couple days and is hands down one of the most reputable body/frame repair professionals I have ever ran across. I can not highly enough recommend him and his business.”

This was my third shop I went to because the others "IN IDAHO" where I live didn't wanna mess with insurance claims on a classic. I won't mention names but I should ? They originally told me I would get my car back late spring early summer. Well they were way off I drove it home on New Years Day. Ya they met me on Jan 1 when the world is hangover in bed still and not working ? My car was beautifully and professionally done and looks amazing again.
