They have hidden fees and fees for other fees and god forbid your a day late you get locked out and charged... Yep you guessed it more fees and late charges and a lock removal fee and a fee to get code again for gate. They lied about the first month and I was charged way too much. Never again plus no one is ever at the office.

I was having trouble in the beginning signing the lease on line. Sunday and Amy were very gracious and helpful. Sunday was able to get it to go through. I’m going to recommend your facility.

Clean, convenient, no hassle on website, or delays on anything whatsoever.
Update, Screws all over the ground where you drive up to your unit. And that aggravates me more than anything like where do people drop all these screws all over the ground from? I understand one but who's carrying around all these loose cans shaking them and dropping them that makes zero sense. Prices go up and up. Started good, after 6 months yikes! Not in one spot but on nearly every alleyway there are screws. Will remove this comment when I start seeing no screws

Been calling trying to pay my bill of course they don’t answer. ? Update: Explain to me why.. I had been trying to reach these people all day today, trying to pay my storage unit and not once did they answer a single phone call. I’ve left three voicemails. So I continue to keep calling not a single answer so finally I called this last time and I press one for being a new customer and they answer on the second ring. Really just shows they don’t value their customers. I could tell that lady wasn’t expecting a current customer to be on the other end of the line.

They were quick, fast and efficient.
Everything was done over the phone and online. The young lady that helped me. She was easy to work with and she got everything done in a timely matter. I'll give another full review after I move my things out of storage but for now.
It seems to be a good place to store your things☺️???

Terrible, did they bother telling you it's not insurance on your unit and you have to have an actual receipt for every single thing or it is not protected and they will not cover anything if stolen or buried.
