This has been my event for the past 10 years they're amazing people the mask mandate is lifted now and no longer have to wait in your car to be checked in you can just walk into the lobby. Very friendly staff and they ARE NOT THERE TO MAKE MONEY YOU CAN TELL THEY ARE THERE TRULY FOR THE ANIMALS

Your response is typical of your office practices anymore. When I say we have been going there for years with a different vet it's what I mean. A male vet. Our male puppy was 6 months old when we brought him in. If they didn't drop by then they weren't going to drop. You did not even note that they weren't dropped. I asked your office if they checked would they note it and she said yes. He was seen by the breeders vet at 12 weeks and they had noted they weren't dropped. Then you say you were one of the only vets open in may and July of 2021? Not true. Finally, you state that it was a tech that saw him last, how would we know ? You wouldn't let us in. I'm going in with my mom to her doctor's appts but I can't go in to a vet with my puppy ? You haven't let anyone in this whole time. You didn't let anyone in when we saw the tech a couple months ago or When we came in the summer of 2021 when we got them chipped. The vet never mentioned to wait or any other advice about it. We never spoke to the vet.

Initially I had a wonderful experience and would drive out of my way to take my rabbits there. Dr Ratcliffe was great but left. Dr wood took over. Since, it hasn't been great. I took my rabbit there when he was having an issue and she didn't know what was wrong-she said he needed an MRI. I scheduled him at WSU and the vet there diagnosed him without so much as an x-ray.

Up until yesterday I had amazing experiences with this vet! Yesterday I brought my cat in and it was his first time going to this veterinarian so I gave them all of my paperwork that I had about him for his file and so they knew what he had done before. They did not look at them and didn't ask me about giving him vaccines before they went ahead and gave him 2 vaccines that he ALREADY HAD! They said it was a miss communication with the paperwork because the technician didn't read it and lied to the doctor saying that I said yes to the shots. When they came out they told me that they gave him the shots and I told them that he already had them and the doctor had to go check the paperwork and make sure then he said and is he neutered? He didn't even know that he was neutered. They are lucky that he is doing ok for now but this should not be happening! READ WHAT THE OWNER GIVES YOU! I will not be coming back to this veterinarian for either of my cats. Make sure to tell them exactly what you do and don't want done or they will go ahead and do whatever they think needs done.

I found a sweet lab that had a tab on its collar saying it was serviced by you guys. So I brought the dog in to be checked for a chip, and they were able to find the owners info fast. However they were very rude because apparently we should of taken the dog to Scraps instead, and kept repeating how fortunate we were that they happened to have an empty kennel to put the dog in. You'd think a vets office would actually care about the animals it services, the whole experience was very off putting.

I recommend Mt Spokane Veterinary Hospital to anyone in the area. They were extremely helpful, kind and thorough when our Rottie started to have seizures randomly. They were caring and understood how much our dogs mean to us. We are new to the area and had yet to established with a Vet as we love our vet in Tri-Cities. We are thankful for the staff at Mt Spokane and would refer them to anyone!

First off, I want to thank all the people who leave honest reviews whether its positive or negative. You don't know how important your opinion is until someone like me needs it. This happened to us right before the holidays. My little man got hurt at the petsitters when I was out doing my holiday shopping. It felt like an eternity waiting for our franchised vet hospital to open and hopefully schedule an appointment to get us in but he was on vacation. Once again I turned to Yelp reviews to find someone who could help my pup. I may be ok or used to receiving below or average treatment when I go see my doctor but when it comes to my little man, he deserves so much more. I needed a doctor who actually cares about him and not just treat him like a number. After reading the reviews for this place, I decided to call and kept my fingers crossed, hoping this was the place I have always been hoping for. This clinic has plenty of parking and is easy to get in and out of thru traffic. It also has small wait area with rustic decor. You are than greeted by some wonderful ladies who seem genuinely happy to see you and your pet. The wait wasn't very long. We were in within 10 mins. The technician came in and asked medical questions and why we were there while getting to know Winnie which showed me that they at least care about his well being. A few minutes later Dr. Brown came in, introduced herself and to Winnie. She listened to what I observed during his injury and she thoroughly examined him but without forcing herself on my little guy. I think I was more nervous and scared than he was in meeting Dr. Brown but she exceeded all my expectations. She explained to me what his injury was and what was causing the pain. She didn't push any extra services, procedures or medications. Plus Winnie doesn't like being touched especially by strangers because as a puppy he was man handled a lot. The way Dr. Brown approached Winnie just amazed me. He was very calm around her which in turn helped me be calm too. I am so happy that we now have a vet, who genuinely cares about him and I am confident that if any other problems do arise that he will be treated with patience and compassion. You can't put a price on that. She helped my little man get his smile back. Thank you so much Dr. Brown!!

We are new to the area and needed a vet for our dog who has anxiety. Her anxiety had gotten way worse with our recent move. I called Mt. Spokane Veterinary hospital and they got me in the same day. They are very professional and kind. The vet sat on the floor with my dog which she needed to calm her anxiety.

People were awesome about getting our cat in for an asthma attack. Gave us new options for his care n gave us a new prescription to hopefully lessen frequency of steroid injections. Very good people here who care about ur pet. Highly recommend.

I went to my Spokane veterinary clinic last week. The facility is clean and very cute. It is really nice to know they have an exotic vet there so I was able to get my Syrian hamster in. I like that the doctor was very gentle and handled my hamster well. My ham is on the road to recovery. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of two was because the cost was a bit high. In the past when I lived in a different area I only needed to pay 30 to get my Syrians seen so this was almost double. I did enjoy how they send reminder phone notifications as well.
