Accidentally placed an online order for this location. Called within the time frame of cancelling and they basically made it sound like it was my own problem because the food was supposedly already made even though in the app it showed that the order was only received and then they hung up on me. Will be filing a chargeback through my bank.

I've only been to this location less than a handful of times but have yet to be disappointed. There were issues with an order at a different location and the customer support by "Ashlynn" to rectify the issue were impressive and respectable. Thanks for caring!

This is the 2nd time in two weeks I have been to this location and only one employee is working. First and most important, this is very unsafe for the employee. This is not ok! It took me 20 minutes of standing in line to get my order., a churro, that's it a churro. More staff is necessary! The drink area was dirty, and both Coke & Diet Coke were out of order. The counter with the register was also dirty. The drive-thru is closed, probably due to lack of staff. The woman working was great, but 1 person can't & shouldn't be expected to do it all.

Stopped by at 7:00pm. Sign was on. Lights were on. A small white sedan was parked in the back, but doors were locked and drive through was closed.If you aren't open for business, please stop creating the illusion that you are, and suckering customers to pull in and waste their time.Even if there was only one employee on shift, where were they? I sat in my truck and called my wife and never saw any movement inside.

Did an online order twice now (I should of learned) and same thing, app says its ready and its not.Only one person working, I do not blame the employee at all but this is ridiculous. Hire someone or stop online ordering being done.

Have been in here now four times in the last month. Each time there is one person, they are out of many items, and the place has a line to the door. Employees complaining to customers about the fact that there are only two people to cover all the shits and that all the managers quit. Sounds like an owner problem to me. In short unless you have 30 minutes to stand around in line, only to find out that they are likely out of what you want, I wouldn't go here. Find a better subway.

I stopped at this location tonight around 6:30 pm. Open sign was on, door unlocked, interior lights were on and music was going. No one came out to help me and I called out twice. So I left. There was a green altima parked out back and a big white Truck parked nearby.I stopped by about a month ago as well between 6 pm and 7 pm to find this location locked up, even though the temporary hours sign stated they closed at 8 pm.This leads me to believe that customer service means nothing to your company. Very disappointing to have this location doing this as it is the closest to my home.

What’s the point of ordering online 1 hour advanced when they don’t even start making it until 15 minutes after my pickup time. I understand it can get busy, but those coming in are prioritized, even though I’ve been waiting for a long time.

Quality has taken a nose dive at this Subway store. The last couple of times I've gone here I noticed the produce looked terrible, like it had been sitting for days. The meats were fine and the bread decent. I also noticed the employees seem really unhappy, like the working environment is a problem. They were very friendly though.The drive-thru hasn't been open in a very long time. Even though convenient, I'll be skipping this store until quality improves.

This store does not believe in giving full value for the price. No where have I been in the past at any other subway have they been stingy on the Lettuce, tomato, onion, bellpepper, etc as this place. Light on the meat, light on the Cheese. They should cut the price by 25% as they withhold that much of the toppings. Safeway does better and that is just sad.
