Loved working out here. Always clean, open 24/7 was a great perk. I wish the space was a little bigger for those days it was crowded but that's okay. 10/10 recommend.

When moving to medical lake i needed a gym closer to home and decided to go with snap (its the only gym in town). When joining i realized everything is online. So paid around $200 for all kinds of fees and a card to open the door. After paying i wasn't able to get into the gym for a week. They dont answer their phones or emails. After being at the gym for about 3 days and getting an aggressive call accusing me of cussing loudly in the gym on a phone call? Definitely wasn't me, im not calling people at 6am while working out hahaha. But yes, that was awkward and weird, especially when you think who knows how many people got the same accusations before they found the guy. Moving on, place is dirty, small and limited on options. Couldn't even use my work out program because they didnt have everything needed. But all and all its a little dump that a slum lord owns to barley work and make some money off people. They never come into the gym. Horrible experience, im sure there is better snaps i really just think this one is a money racket. They know there isn't another gym so they dont have to try. I canceled a couple days ago. Oh and if you need help or need to talk to someone, you will just get an answering machine or an automated email. Needs new ownership.

Always clean. Rarely too busy. Equipment is in good shape. The one employee I’ve seen is super pleasant.

Had been going here for two and a half years. It's kept pretty clean and restocked with cleaning supplies pretty well. Machines/equipment that are broken get repaired fairly quickly. Nice staff but seems to change somewhat frequently. I'm leaving this gym because my monthly fees went up by 10 dollars a month without any explanation. It's just not worth it to me to pay nearly 50 dollars a month for what they offer.

Holly was super nice and friendly when I first walked and she explained everything that Snap fitness can do for me along with classes from the gym. All staff and people there are very nice and can help you if you are unfamiliar with anything.

I just love Snap Fitness, everyone is so welcoming. The staff are very happy to see me when I go. Love the fact that it's a smaller gym and close to home. I would highly recommend Snap Fitness as your go to for any gym activities. They have just about everything you would need and you will love the employees!

Honestly I was super excited to get back to the gym with one of my buddy's that actually already works out there. Today I went to sign up online and I got to the end. There was program fee of $69.95 which I never heard of before. There was also a access key fee of $25 which I have heard of before. I called just to clarify what that program fee was. At first I got a super cool gentleman and he mentioned waiving it for me. He just needed to speak with his manager because he was new. Keep in mind I never once mentioned waiving the fee for me. So he didn't call me back but the manager of the store Holly did. She was being very short/ rude toward me. Told me all Snap locations have this fee never gave me a real explanation what that fee was. Then kept saying she couldn't waive it. Once again I never said once I wanted it waived. Then I was hung up on. She was probably busy or having a bad day. But that's definitely not how your treat a customer. ( honestly if she would of just discovered with me she would of found out I wasn't looking to get the program fee waived just a explanation on what it is) I've been apart of customer service for awhile now and would never treat a customer like this. Would definitely not recommend this place which is to bad I didn't even get to try the facility.

Came in to sign up for a membership only to hear the the woman that appeared to be the manager yelling at someone over the phone and completely belittling whoever it was. Cant believe that this gym has a good review if that's how the manager interacts with people.
