Made an order accidentally for medical Lake when I live in Cheney. Can’t contact them, can’t cancel online. Their phone number doesn’t even work so you cannot contact them and tell them to cancel it or to refund me wasted $25 just for the phone number, not to work in for me to not even get my food.

Ordered using the Subway app and it was paired with Door Dash. The app said the order would be delivered in 20-30 minutes. About an hour later our sandwich which were toasted were delivered and they were gross. The bread seemed more stale than toasted and it was like warm soggy. I also tried the Auntie pretzel which I love from Aunties but this one was cold, stale and no flavor plus the salt just fell off. Seriously subway get it together - charging more for all around a worse job. The chocolate cookie was still delicious.

Phone number doesn’t work and no help. Order food for my wife. And cant call to have it fixed dasher put in wrong area . Food no where to be seen.

5 stars for the red headed gal behind the counter. 0 stars for management not scheduling properly during lunch rush. 15 people in line and the poor gal was by herself. Absolutely not okay. From a previous Subway employee, she deserves better

The only reason for 1 is the kiddo behind the counter was by himself. Their internet was down so you could only pay with cash which is fine but the sign was on the sandwich cart area instead of the front door which is where it should be. . That kid was doing his best showed great composure he gets a 5 star.

I have done catering orders here multiple times in the past. Today when I first called the phone rang and there was no way to leave a message. When I called back I was told I would have to come in and pay for the order up front for pickup tomorrow (I live 100 miles away) and they cannot take payment over the phone. This is not how it has happened in the past. I do business all over the country and have had trouble like this at Subway. They are so inconsistent. I try to use Jimmy John's when I can because of the consistent service and product.

Pre ordered 45 minutes a head and was not ready, Even called to advise it had to be ready by 11:30, was told no problem!! 30 minute lunch had to wait in line after 3 other people. Made when I got there, after my turn in line. Then the jerky guy said "well that's life" so had to wait for my next break to eat my lunch.???

Gave specific instructions on how to make my sandwich. One step at a time and still it wasn't correct. The young lady who was ringing up the gals in front of me refused to rering the order to include a coupon. Overall the lack of customers at a rush time was understandable.

I went into subway on Dec 5 the lady working there was very rude the guy was nice though I was eating my sandwich and there was a clump of gooey like texture in my sandwich I don’t know what it was it looked disgusting and I got sick and puked it all up.
