Rude whenever you call, will take business elsewhere. Severely overpriced. We used to use this place because of convenience and figured we'd spend what the price difference was in gas but after last phone call wouldn't give them a dime. Drive into Spokane. You'll be much happier.

Came in to get some simple things for work and shop around. We were followed around through the whole store by an old guy that asked every two minutes if we needed help even after we had politely declined multiple times. We are a family of 10 and as i started grab things i heard the workers discussing my husband way less than professionally acceptable. We are small business owners who just signed a hefty construction contract in town to help after the fire and had planned to get all our materials and tools locally however not after the terrible way these people treat customers.

Great place for local hardware needs. The owners are always greeting people with a warm smile and great customer service. I try to shop there first as they are local and it's small local businesses that built this great nation. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Helpful and honest, came in to get a heater coil for a spectrum water heater, he had the one I needed. Borrowed a tool and off coarse brought it back. Great store well stocked and reasonable.
