It really is a shame that Amazon doesn't allow you to exclude carriers from their delivery options. Had a HUGE order placed, 10+ high value items, all set to be delivered the same day. So I made arrangements to be home for the drop before the rainy weather gets here. ALL packages from UPS, FEDEX, and Amazon courier showed up on time and correct. GO FIGURE the ONE package being handled by USPS would get a delay last second and not show up.

I have never had a single problem with this post office branch and they have been a life saver for my wife's business because I can bring dozens of packages on a Saturday morning while our local branch in Cheney is closed. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I drop shipments off here for my online business almost every day. The folks that work the counters are awesome! They are kind and friendly to every single person that comes to the counter for service and you can tell they've made connections with folks over the years, which is important in a small town like ours.
Oh, and far superior than the Cheney PO. ;-)
If I didn't live in Medical Lake, I'd drive here just to drop my packages off.

Sure would be nice if they opened the POBOX room so patrons that work a 10hr shift could access their mail, especially during the holiday season. Or at least refund the rental costs. By far, it is the worst USPS office I have ever dealt with.

I showed up at 4:12 pm and they were closed. It was dark inside, all locked up. Funny, hours on the door state closed at 4:30pm. This place can’t even get the mail right. My mail man is constantly mixing up our mail with the next street over. Nothing but incompetence and excuses out of this place….

With most of the routes, even in the city, designated as rural, all the staff do a great job! The counter staff are always kind and helpful - that is not common across the nation.

The post office master or whatever is so rude acts en and yells at you to say he don't like your attitude then continues to yell at you saying that you are the one with the attitude, I flipped inside this place these people are goings to court with me and will loose there jobs, they chose the wrong battle today.(the amount of one star reviews this post office has says everything you need to know about these people, they are bad people)

I just want to give a shout out to our postal carrier. Besides small issues here and there, I observed a kind act today. She pulled up to our house (which she normally does when there are larger packages) she intended to go around our cars so she doesnt get stuck in the snow banks but she noticed our kiddos bike in the way. She so kindly moved it out of the way, delivered our package to the door and went on her way. I understand with the snowfall it is not always easy to deliver at our house, but for her to still come up our driveway and show compassion for our property means alot to us.

The post office located in Medical Lake is definitely worth the trip! The staff at this location went above and beyond to help me. They will truly take care of you here! Kind, professional and friendly. You can’t beat that kind of service.

WORST post office employees EVER. The men who deliver in this town are AWFUL. I highly recommend getting a PO Box or a huge mailbox otherwise all your packages etc will be destroyed because they’re too lazy to walk to your door IF they even attempt to deliver it. They are literally PAID to deliver mail, but make you go pick it up and do their job for them. Terrible terrible customer service.

I have only had positive experiences at this post office. The employees are very helpful, hard working and friendly. They go out of their way to help you! I am pleased with the service there!

This is the fourth time my package has been put into the wrong mailbox. Luckily the other 3 times I was able to recover my packages but this time I believe the person has taken it. I don't know who and the post office NEVER answers their phone to assist people. Highly frustrating that I can't even rely on my local postal service to do their job correctly or even assist people when they've messed up. You think with the amount of negative reviews they receive and I'm sure unhappy people that have to physically go into the office, that they would take some sort of measure to correct whatever it is that is causing them to fail so drastically.
