“Sensational in every aspect. .....but I'm prejudiced...Im the owner. We have a 40 year celebration coming up and hope to continue to enjoy a business that we love. We are grateful for all the wonderful customers who have become friends and continue to share their good experiences with their friends. We feel badly about the one bad review and realize it was a bad experience which we still regret having happened (several years ago and Im still concerned).”

“My wife’s antique ring from Portugal had lost a diamond and the band was split. They were able to repair it, strengthen the band, and also find a mine-cut diamond that perfectly matched the original setting. It looks exactly like the day we bought it, but it’s even sturdier. Couldn’t be happier! Also a very reasonable price.”

“I came in just to browse but left with some tiny beaded baskets and a sterling silver spoon. The owner was so incredibly sweet and was more than happy to open cabinets and answer any questions about the items on display. Everything was priced fair for an antique shop. I highly recommend popping into this place if you have the chance!”

“Davood came by the very day we called and collected 3 broken chairs. He returned them 2 days later and we are thrilled with the work he did. These are antique dining chairs that he actually reinforced with an embedded metal rod that extends down the back of the chair. There is no sign of it or even scars where the backrest broke off. We will not lose his contact info!”

“This is a lovely little antique shop. Definitely stop by and look around, it will be worth it. My guy Claude bought me a lovely little gift here, an inlay ceramic bell that rings like a crystal wine glass.”

“Absolutely fantastic to deal with. The shipping fee was well within what it should be, so no worries there. As to the packaging, in my case coming internationally, superb; safe and secure. If you are hesitant to deal with an auction house, don't be hesitant with these guys, perfect transaction from start to finish. In over 30 years of dealing with a multitude of auction houses, this was one of, if not the best and easiest. I sincerely hope I have more transaction with them.”

“I hesitate to call this an antique store because the selection is curated and cohesive in a way they most antique stores aren’t. Walking in the door, you will suddenly be at the antique market in Paris. Everything, and I mean everything, in this store is Perfection. From the pillow cases in the most sublime linens to the large hutches that just ache to complete someone’s kitchen/dining room. This place is perfect. Talking with Susan — beaming with warmth, knowledge, and elegance — is the icing on the cake.”

“Only my 2nd visit to Gray & Gray Home. Discover new items at every turn. Walk thru the door into a beautifully appointed shop of treasures. My mother is 84 and a santa collector. It can take me 365 days to find her one. This year I found Mr. Claus at the shop. Love it and she will too.”

I highly recommend them for any project big or small. Supporting local, family run businesses is very important to me + my company. Expo is very consistent which makes my job so much easier that I can trust them, especially when I refer them often!”

“Where to begin! This is the top shelf of curated vintage, antiques, art and well designed furnishings around. Kirk has carved out a niche for rare sought after unique decor that touch your soul while evoking an emotional response. If your looking to blend in to the mundane decorative market of mass produced furnishings then stay away from this gallery. At Kirk Albert you will find pieces that rooms and spaces are built around!”

“what a store. Vintage and antique paper items + art stuffs, but mostly papers / clippings from other times. There are vintage postcards organized by region, which was awesome. Owner obviously knows his stuff and is very helpful with finding specifics. Prices are also fair. If you're someone who can appreciate a good vintage item, this is the place for you. I was in awe the whole time I was here!!”

“I love exploring Seattle's Georgetown neighborhood. It has evolved over the years and there are pockets of some gentrification. It's always fun to check out the retail spots, cafes, and restaurants. I have my current faves on rotation, but it's great to discover a new spot. Housewright Gallery has been established since 2018, but this was my first visit (6/10/23).It's been awhile since I've done neighborhood art walks or visited specific art galleries or museums on a routine basis. I've only stopped to view installations in Belltown and First Hill this year. So it was great find to seek out specifically Housewright Gallery on S. Bailey, next door to Mezzanotte. It was a rainy Saturday and the neighborhood was setting up for two concurrent outdoor events. I was able to navigate the detours and found nearby street parking before the community festivities commenced.I wanted to check out Housewright Gallery's annual Pride Summer Salon, featuring mid century to current works from Northwest School artists and a collection of silver gelatin photographs taken by Kurt Timmermeister. I consider Kurt a modern day renaissance man. As mentioned earlier, this was my first visit to Housewright Gallery and did not know what to expect. I was warmly welcomed after I introduced myself and my intent to see Kurt's featured photos. It was great to view all the gallery artwork and photography up close, at a distance, and wander freely. I've been binging on my favorite Canadian interior design show segments, so it was a thrill seeing all the beautiful, carefully curated items throughout. I also gravitated to the furnishings, book collection, and Japanese ceramics. I enjoyed my visit and absolute admiration for the overall collection from the variety of artists and craftspeople.”

“Really interesting and intriguing store with its own uniqueness to it in Pike Place Market. I wasn’t able to take pics because I was taking everything in and exploring but bought this Scorpion bracelet(I am a Scorpio) encased in resin. They had other insects as well in the glass case by the front of their store as well as curio type gifts. Staff was really nice and answered any questions I had. Thanks again and will return soon!”

“I met Henry and he seems like an awesome guy. He worked for Louis Vuitton for ...I believe 29 years, hence all of the LV themed items. He sets out a covering and throw rugs for his collection out front during the summer weekends right across from Safeway. What originally caught my eye was a cello I noticed hanging from a flagpole that said YARD SALE and had an arrow. It was noticeable from the bus I was on, but maybe I just have an eye for such things because I used to work in a violin shop that sold cellos. Anyways Henry has lots of painted cellos for sale. Some are very beautiful. He does them himself. He also has antique boxes, rings, necklaces and other jewelry, and may have much more inside the store which is down the alley way between the two buildings towards what says "Garage" and then to the right. From what I could tell from the cellos, the prices seemed reasonable at 20$ a pop. You'd probably pay that for just the body if you wanted to paint one yourself from music shop, so getting a handpainted one for that price is pretty good. I'll update this if and when I go into the shop if there's more stuff. There's a music shop right next door which is his music instructor which is pretty charming.”

“I’ve driven past this shop hundreds of times and have always wanted to stop. I’m so grateful I finally did. I went into this charming shop full of treasure searching for Christmas gifts. There I met the owner, John, who was so kind and welcoming. As I searched around the shop he told me stories about the history of different items, all curated by himself. He is full of passion for history and diverse cultures, a passion that was contagious. He is also a multi-talented artist with beautiful original works all over the shop. I found some lovely jewelry that I purchased as gifts, and couldn’t stop smiling when I thought about my interaction with John. Truly just a gem of a human. I will certainly be coming back, and I’d recommend everyone stops in when they pass this place. Who knows what treasures await you! Thank you, John!”

“This place is so horrible... horrible because it takes so much of my money! This is one of the easiest places for me to spend my money. And even worse, I don't even have a place to display half the stuff I get from here so it sits in a box in my cube at work. Every once in a while, I bring stuff out and it feels like i'm looking through old letters from high school. I really need to find a way to display all this stuff.”

“Great job by Heber! The garbage disposal was expertly and quickly fitted by him. The team at Bellevue Plumbing is fortunate to have him. I found this to be really pricey. I could have answered "No" when he gave me the price before he started working. I was fine with the sum, so he went ahead. All the best...By the name of Heber, I believe he does.”

“Great store in downtown Renton. This place has been here since the late 70s. The have a great selection of antique wardrobe cabinets and other furniture pieces. Actually some of the nicest I have come across in a long time. Let not forget they also stock dish sets, broaches and general paraphernalia of every day living. If your in the downtown area stop by and give them a look. Treasures abound in this three story store.”

“Located at the lower level of the pike market, this shop specializes in vintage posters. The posters all have a hard cardboard back to protect it as well as a plastic cover. They’re organized very nicely in bins are lined up at the back of the store. The shop itself is not very big, so if it does get busy, you might have to squeeze in between people who are browsing.”

“Dawn the owner is incredible to work with! She cares so much about helping me find just the right pieces for all of my projects. A wonderful shop in Kirkland with new items trickling in every week, so great!!”

“Such a fun shop where you could spend quite some time browsing! This 2-floor vintage store has things in every nook and cranny. From furniture to clothes to wall decor and everything in between, there's something for everyone here! There's eccentric and funky knick knacks around every corner. Parking isn't too bad here on a Sunday (free street parking). If you're visiting on a Sunday when the Fremont Sunday Market is running, make a stop at that as well! You'll get all your vintage shopping in :)”
