I had them do a full PPF and ceramic coating, but there was a little blemish and they treated me well and got me in to fix it even though it was going to be a lot of work for them. He also gave me a ride nearby, which made things extremely convenient. You can tell they’ve been doing it for a long time and have a lot of experience which is why I chose them. Also, they do paint correction before putting on the film whereas the other guy who quoted me just washes the car. Doing a paint correction is the correct way to do it. Also, they gave really good recommendations for products to use to keep my ceramic coating looking good. Great service??.”

“Dennis at Buggy Scrubers is professional, courteous and goes out of his way to provide his services. I had mold in my car that had returned after I had my car detailed several months earlier. Dennis came within 48 hours of my call to diagnose the extend of the issue and neutralize the mold until he could provide the full service. He picked up the car and did a thorough deep cleaning detailing job and identified the leak via water tests. When the car was ready, he met me at the body shop with my car to further assess and fix the leak. “So I worked with Ben and he was terrific. Such a nice guy. Ben helped me with my appointment, when I arrived he helped me choose the tint percentage that would work best for me, he completed the tinting job and brought me out to go over the finished product. Ben is a great guy to with with. Over the phone Ben quoted me an amount. When I went to checkout with someone other than Ben the amount was different than what Ben had told me. Ben immediately took responsibility and told the checkout guy that he misquoted the amount to me over the phone and that it should be the amount that he told me. That is honesty at the core, especially for a business! The area where I waited while my car was beimg tinted was extremely comfortable and there is free Wi-Fi. The overall experience at Accutint was above my expectations. I strongly recommend this company because of their honesty, their workmanship and their customer service. This is a top notch place. “Metropolitan Detail did a fantastic job of applying full body PPF to my new-to-me 2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat. The car's Sublime Green body and satin black hood look phenomenal now. The PPF is practically invisible (other than the everlasting shine) and knowing that it's as protected as it can be makes driving the car a lot more fun! I really can't recommend their services enough.

The car has low miles so is in pretty good shape, but it's also a decade old and so there were the inevitable nicks in the paint. Despite the difficult color, they covered the chips expertly with touch up paint before applying the PPF. They even noted a small dent (I hadn't even noticed it!) and offered me the option to have it fixed before the PPF went on. I truly appreciate this kind of attention to detail. They went above and beyond in this matter by immediately sending me photos and getting a very reasonable quote from their paintless dent repair partner to have it fixed right there in the Metropolitan Detail shop. It was painless for me and now I don't have to stare at a dent taunting me from under the PPF for the next 10+ years.

I'm also very impressed with how they stand behind their work. No shop will ever be perfect 100% of the time, things can and do get missed. What matters is how they deal with it. In this case, the hood cowl just didn't get wiped out after the initial wash and that left some dirt in it (and to be fair, when I picked it up I didn't notice it either. I was too distracted by the now gorgeous paint). When I e-mailed them later about the dirt, no questions asked they had me bring it back to have the entire car washed and detailed AGAIN! Fantastic.

The other thing I think worth mentioning is that they were very honest with me from the beginning that they try and use as little adhesive as possible when applying PPF. This increases the chances that it will come off cleanly years later when it's time. Because of this, sometimes the PPF will lift where there just wasn't quite enough adhesive. This did in fact happen but getting it fixed was a breeze and since I'd been told this could be part of the process (and why) it didn't feel stressful at all. I just e-mailed to setup a time and brought the car by for 15 minutes or so. Scheduling was a complete non-issue and the PPF looks fantastic.

The last time I brought the car in, I even asked about an unrelated small issue with the plastic trim (definitely not their responsibility, it was there when I bought it) and they totally helped me out with it right there and then without charge. You can't make this stuff up.

I also can't not mention what a pleasure it was dealing with everyone I met there. Even the employee just buffing cars in the shop was super friendly. I'll specifically call out both Charles and Lee for providing excellent customer service and answering all of my questions. This was my first experience with PPF, and frankly it isn't an inexpensive proposition no matter where it's done, so I did have a lot of questions before committing. Both were highly personable, friendly, knowledgeable and I think it really shows that they're passionate about what they do.

There's also the free loaner cars that really make the time between drop-off and pickup easy. They were clean and drove very well. It's also nice that they're so easy on the gas that I struggled to even pump any back in when it was time to bring it back.

Finally, I'm going to attach some photos that Charles took of the car after the PPF was applied. They're branded as Metropolitan Detail but I assure you they accurately reflect the condition of the car (they're also 10x better photos than I could take which is why I'm using them for the review).”

“I’ve taken my 2022 Tesla Model S (black -- aka The Dark Knight) to Metropolitan Detail Express maybe around 15 times (20?) over the 2+ years I’ve owned it. In that time, there have been two or three detailers at Express. I’m not sure exactly how long ago Jordan came on but his work has been top-notch every single time he’s washed TDK, including yesterday’s great ceramic wash. Pictures don’t capture it so I suggest you give Express a try and see for yourself.
