They missed the whole back of the upper back window and Logan refused to give me a new wash. I also asked for a supervisor name and he wouldn't give me the manager's name. I tried to call them and their mailbox is full.

I wouldn't consider the vacuums as a working vacuum. The rest of my experience was great however just keep in mind if you plan to vacuum your car out using these vacuums, it's a waste of money. Mine was broken so the nozzle kept detaching and it had little to no suction. I had to put my hand against it multiple times to see if it was working and oftentimes it wasn't sucking up much of anything.

I live in mercer island close to the spa. Payment done for car wash for tapping..credit card..I paid 6 dollars while process and was charged 10 dollars when i checked the bank account. Absolute cheaters .no more service needed from here..i will make sure that the people in mercer island here will be noted in the paper about this broad light cheating..

Used self service bay. Takes card as payment in the bay, which is great. Bit pricier than other self service places. Not enough space to park and wipe down. Couldn't find office/personnel. Did not use automated wash, so can't comment. Wish there was a 3.5 star option.

Even after they hand sprayed went through the wash and hand dried my car it was still dirty.

I love how conveniently located this is near the freeway. We have no self service car wash in Central Seattle anymore so we pop over here when coming home from the mountains on I-90.

Did the middle priced auto wash...Came out with mud still on my windshield, streaks down my car, and a very dirty front bumper. Terrible job for $15.

The only thing this car wash cleaned was my wallet.
This old, dirty, poorly maintained and managed "auto spa" is a waste of money. Self-serve costs $4 to start, and 18 additional seconds per quarter.
No hot or even warm water, just straight cold out the tap. I started with the wash soap, and after 4 minutes of spraying, I never saw one bubble or sud on my car; rip-off.
I tried using the "foam brush" since the cold, nonexistent soapwater failed to remove any bird poop, no luck. How do you have a foam brush with no foam? The bristles were so old and worn out that it did nothing.
All-in-all, I wasted $7 on attempting to wash my car this auto spa. You'd be better off paying a neighbors kid or waiting for a heavy rain than going here.
