I'm gonna have to really reevaluate my relationship with Wells Fargo. In doing business with Banner Bank recently, I have found multiple branches to be staffed by a very capable, knowledgeable and helpful folks that will go out of their way to make your experience a good one - even in the most difficult circumstances. Their app is a little clunky but it gets the job done. It doesn't get in the way of itself when you need to get some work done. As a somewhat locally owned bank, this may be one of those rare instances where I'm willing to pay for great service. Pam and her staff are superstars.

I have been banking at Banner Bank for years and they are amazing to work with. So much so that even when I moved out of the area I have continued to bank with them. The employees are friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to make your life easy and find solutions when they are needed. In terms of customer service I have never experienced better.

Such a disappointment here if you want customer service. So perplexing as that's what they strive for here in my experience. Most of the other locations understand that and treat a customer with professionalism and common courtesy.

Limited hours. No Saturday branch hours. Closes every day at 5 pm except Friday at 6 pm. Kind of shocking at this day and age.

I have been going to this bank for over 12 years. I am always so impressed with the kindness and concern on even the smallest detail. I know most all the bank employees by name, and they know mine. And it's not just me, but most any of their regular customers get greeted by name. It's awesome. I can't imagine banking anywhere else.
