Great experience! The nail technicians are thorough, friendly and very detail-oriented. They make sure all my dead skins are removed before applying the nail polishes and took pride of their work! I had both manicures and pedicures with them and are happy with the excellent service and reasonable price!

Found my new favorite nail salon! I’ve been incredibly underwhelmed by most of my experiences in Seattle. Every place charges almost $100 for a mani/pedi and yet the massage chairs are awful and barely functional, and the technicians do a hack job in a hurry. So glad this place was NOT THAT. They were incredibly detailed, gave amazing massages, and all the chairs and equipment are brand new! You’ve found yourself a repeat customer!

The (male) owner is extremely arrogant and throws tantrums at customers. They have a fixed customer base from the island and don't want anyone else. The owner hates to attend customers and acts as if they are doing a favor by taking you in. Extremely rude and entitled place.

I went in for a significant haircut, and had a great experience. They are open 7 days a week, so getting in for a trim was not a problem and walk ins are also pretty accessible. My stylist was so talented and made quick work of my hair based on just a couple of photos. Very happy with my haircut.

Would highly recommend Spa Excel! The staff was incredibly friendly and thorough; and the space was clean and well laid out. My nails have never looked better or felt better!
The owner Ly, also owns Hair Excel next door and has a clear dedication to quality in both businesses!
